Ordered some wall hangers for my apartment. They are in the shape of hands sticking out of the wall. I love them, I hang my hat on one hand, it has a thumbs up, so it eon't fall off.The other hand has it's index figer sticking out and I hang my keys there!

Lowes credit card sucks. They charge you compounded interest daily irregardless of whether or not you pay off every month. This is according to Rose @credit card services on 12/8/23. Baaaadddd credit card. WUWT

Too identical to shopping home depot, wish they would carry different style options than home depot. 2 out of the 3 staff personal, really wasn't much help, even though they work in that particular department, they didn't know much about any of the products I was interested in purchasing, an electric fireplace eater and bathroom medicine cabinet. And when it came to loading the items, they were not much assistance, debated between themselves on how to load items, while I and my mother in-law loaded them into our truck.

HUGE KUDOS AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANTHONY IN SHIPPING AT THIS STORE!!!! HE HAS ONE OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTINCTS WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!...HE NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED AND PROMOTED. We originally purchased a frontloader washer and dryer set that was delayed in delivery longer than we were willing to accept so we called the store to purchase what ever set they had in the store inventory. Made the purchase and delivery arrangements with Anthony in the shipping department. Only to discover it was ordered incorrectly by the store clerk which was causing an additional delay, so with his assistance, we had to re-purchase the set to solve the problem of the order to get delivery. We also problems with delivery and had to be completed in 3 different attempts to complete the install. Had it not been the excellent customer service from Anthony...we would have given up and went elsewhere to spend our $2400.00. Again great care and clarity from Anthony. Thank you. And by the way we love the new GE set!

I was looking for some windows and Bruce who was working that department was so friendly and helpful. Best experience I have ever had with an employee and he even helped us get everything else we needed and made some suggestions on other useful material. Made our shopping experience the absolute best. Bruce definitely deserves a raise!

I think I like Lowe's better than Home Depot. There are usually things you need in stock and ready to take home. There is way more selection, and the lighting in the store is nicer. We were looking for a new kitchen sink, and there were only 5 in Home Depot, so we left there and went to Lowe's. Picked out the perfect sink, took home our new faucet, and in just a couple of days will have both. So easy at Lowe's , such a pain in the eye at HD.

It really is a hit and a miss as with most larger retail stores. Some days everyone is friendly, you can find everything smooth as butter. Then other days, seems like no one is around and you can't even find your own tail. Hahaha. Anyways. They have a good stock of items and helpful when you find the right person on the right day. P.S. their paint really isn't the best.

Lowe’s asked me to be an employee and check out my own purchase . . . But didn’t offer an employee discount….so I left my items in the store.Seriously though…there’s nothing like forcing the customer into an employee role to show you do not care about your workforce or providing jobs to American workers.

Bought my appliances here. Lowes card , zero percent.But be careful for the extended warranty you purchase and read it for yourself. The lady told me if I bought it and anything happened to the units, they would send out someone asap. I had a issue and had to go through the manufacturer warranty 1st, which isn't as smooth as it sounds. Mabey she was mistaken but I should of read it for myself.5 stars for the store but took one off because I took her word for it, instead of reading the fine print.

Jazzminne in the kitchen cabinets is definitely an asset to Lowes. She has spent countless hours helping me with a kitchen remodel due to a flood. She was extremely helpful and did it all with a smile. I appreciate her professionalism and her attention to detail. Thank you again, Jazzminne.

Lowes is a good place to go for what you want, for a big box store. most of the employees are helpful but Lindsey is by far my favorite employee, she goes out of her way to make sure her customers are taken care of with a smile. she demonstrates excellent customer service!!
