Horrible customer service. They will reschedule your delivery without letting you know. I called them the day before and an associate said they had them both ready for delivery the next morning. Then, the delivery truck only shows up with half my order. I had to call ten times before I got ahold of an associate. Finally, they proceeded to put me on hold for more than 30 mins. They couldn't locate their own product in back room. Highly recommend shopping somewhere else local for appliances. At least they don't sell what they don't have and associate know what they are selling.

The greatest thing to happen to Home Depot was the creation of Lowe's. to compare them to K-Mart would be an insult to K-Mart! Their return policy is ridiculous and their managers just blame everything on "corporate"At Home Depot you find people who know their products at Lowe's you'll be lucky to find someone who knows if they have the product. I will NEVER shop at Lowe's again and i suggest you don't either

They have one cashier covering the entire front end. Of course during the time I was checking out, there were no other customers around.

I got a new bathroom vanity and counter top today from this store it is damaged. I have been calling them for over an hour and no one will answer the phone. I have been disconnected 3 times. I bet they call me when I do not pay my BILL!!!! It took hours to get the products put in the truck it was not ready for pickup, no one seemed to know what they were doing. I am so dissatisfied with the service of this store.

I want give launa 5 stars, she helped me with my order that would not go through online. After helping me place the order she said she would call me when they came in (approximately 3 weeks), and I thought yeah right no one ever calls people back. Well guess what she did call me back, I was amazed. I work in retail and great customer service is hard to find. Thank you launa for all the help and excellent customer service.

I ordered a dryer eight days ago from Lowe's in Twin Falls, Idaho. My husband Kept getting the run around from the appliance manager. After he tried to explain the issue to her, he was belittled and guilted for apparently being rude when he was trying to explain the situation but was interrupted by her constantly. She also charged my husband's credit card twice. She said the dryer would be delivered Monday, which is today. When my husband got online this morning, the delivery date had changed to Friday. Again my husband called customer service and was on hold for quite a while, and then they got a hold of a dispatcher, and we were told that the dryer would be delivered today. The dryer still has not been delivered, nor is it going to be. we have canceled the order and we will never buy from Lowe's again!
