As a reply on my review, Jose Guevara mentioned I could call him and we'll resolve the situation.That was a lie.I have emailed, called, and left almost a dozen voicemails at this point and there has not been so much as a "I'll call you soon" email as a reply. This is straight-up delay tactics and if you try to hold Lithia to their word you're going to get the same result.Lithia will take your money then stick you with a lemon and never reply or take responsibility for it. You'll be left with the bill because Lithia will run out on it 100% of the time.Avoid this dealership at all costs and go somewhere, ANYWHERE, else

I am sorry to report that Lithia Motors gets my award for the worst automotive service I have seen in many years.In early December I had a non-working key fob and ordered a new one from your parts dept...approx $245.Never told that there would be a charge of $185 to change the computer code in the car nor that it would benecessary to actually have the car there instead of the other key fob. Original invoice number:122076It took 6 weeks to get the fob and I only found out by calling repeatedly...Never notified by parts even though youhad all my contact info.My wife took the car in to have it reprogrammed and left it and both key fobs for the several hours Service requested, at great inconvenience to her (WE DON'T LIVE IN TWIN FALLS).At that time she was told that the fob doesn't include a key(!) and that was a separate charge and would take more time!We were out of town, away from home for several weeks. Shortly after returning I came to Twin Falls to get the key which according to your parts dept. was made and ready to be picked up. I came by March 7th at 11am and there was NO KEY. Parts told me (after searching for 10 minutes) that they would make it. I finally picked it up 2 hours later.I get home and finally tried the (backup) key fob your dealership made 3 weeks before. IT DOESN'T WORK!!This factual account needs to be put on Yelp, Trip Advisor, Google reviews to warn others of your service failures.Besides parts and service failures, I got NO help from the manager of fixed operations...the whole dealership seems infected with indifference and poor customer service.Lithia spends a fortune annually to promote their business. Do they really need a barrage of negative publicity?

Luc Hoang wrote to my Yelp review that they have been trying to get ahold of me to no avail. Hog wash! I even supplied my cell phone number in my previous review and crickets.....nothing but crickets....in addition I have called on (3) three occasions since. Nothing but excuses and crickets. Luc, I'm sending a copy of this to your email with my email and phone number . A man is only as good as his word.

these guys are a joke lol not only do they sell junk cars but they can't even properly repair vehicles. Not to mention the left the BBB lol probably because of all the complaints against them for scamming. I'm kinda shocked to still see people buy cars from this shit hole of a place lol cant believe they're still in business. most likely sold the Chevy side to stay afloat lol. If you're looking to Get ripped off come on down to Lithia dodge home of the junker cars and sleezy employees lol bought a truck may 31 2022. Been at the dealer for repairs ever since they fixed it once but refused to fix the transmission that was overheating lol main service department guy said and I quote "the transmission is fine" drove it to bliss to visit family and it overheated same day I got it back after it was "fixed" haha come to find out these losers must of just changed the fluid on the truck before putting it on the lot haha but left the transmission nice and roasted lol service manager tells me the fluid is clean but the gears are burnt how's that work? it's now august 15th still no truck and still no idea of when it'll be done haha in all honesty people for gods sake stop buying cars here let this dealership die off into the abyss they're a bad reputation for twin falls idaho especially with there shit phrase of keeping it local by buying local haha local isn't always honest these guys are scammers and don't care about you or your family. Buncha orcs no better than the Russians lol stealing from hardworking people.

The ultimately friendly car dealership. They were willing to discount my grandmother $1500 on a used Chrysler 200, since her daily driver was totaled by a distracted driver while parked. They were willing to find a way for her to reduce her car payment, since she has a lower income. The financial manager was very pushy about their extra packages, when she made it very clear that her car payment was already pushing the limitThe lot was really full when we got there, a lot of the cars seemed pricey, but alas, that's the consumer's climate today. The lot is well organized and prices are very clearly displayed on the cars. Plus, Lithia is the only car dealership in Southern Idaho open on Sundays.We kinda like you Lithia, for a car dealership!

This has to to be the worst dealership in Twin Falls! They schedule you an appointment for basic vehicle service and they can't even get it done in one day. They have the worst service writers that have no idea what they are doing.

I purchased a Honda Accord from this dealership. They promised to fix the broken back up camera and tire that had a huge gash in it. I waited over a month to even get the car and when I got it, nothing was fixed that was promised. They try to push you into any vehicle just to make a sale and it's uncomfortable. I would not recommend going here again.
