I don't know about this particular vet, but their unprofessional and unethical practice of forcing customers to pay $50 to schedule an appointment (that would be applied to services at the appointment), then not having an opening for 9 days. I was able to get my puppy seen sooner at another clinic. So called to cancel my appointment 2 1/2 days in advance. Asked for a refund of the deposit and they refused. Their office manager says she has to do what her boss says, and her boss says it is not refundable. Maybe they should let the receptionist know that. She told me it was to prevent people from no showing without notice. I did not do that. SO I have to pay for bad customers? Horrible way to welcome a new client and great way to lose a client before they even come see you. If this company is so desperate for money they scam people out of $50 for no service, then I don't want to see how unethically you treat animals. You may wish to rethink your cheating, scamming, policy of $50 up front or no appointment.

Great vet, clean, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. We will be taking all our small critters here. One of our digs - a chihuahua mix rescue who is seriously mentally damaged and is skittish of people did so well here because the staff is amazing! The care here is so above normal we are ever so happy to be clients,

First time customer! Brought my cat in for a shave since she has been getting some matting. They were very help full and I really liked that they did a follow up call the next day to double check on my cat. Definitely coming back for all my pet vet needs and recommended the to family and friends.

Horrible!!! We were traveling through when we realized that our elderly pug was in respiratory distress. Given her age we just wanted to her euthanized to put her out of her misery. They refused saying they were all booked! I didn't want her to be treated just euthanized! Would have taken 10 minutes tops! We ended up having to watch her for the 1.5 hours while we drove to Boise where a vet took her in and put her out of her suffering! Took them 5 minutes! This vet here in Twin Falls inhumane and cruel to make this poor dog suffer. Wish I could give no stars!

We have been coming here for the past 17+ years with all our animals. They have helped us with every animal and we have never ever had a problem with them. The doctors are very professional, as are all of the staff. When other people say they are full of compassion it is true. They care for people's' animals as if they are their own.

Won't see new patients due to Coronavirus as if people don't move and pets don't get sick. Won't even give advice over the phone due to circumstances. If they can't get a buck, your pet gets to suffer. So much for another story of people rising to the challenge we face during a pandemic. You won't find that kind of compassion here.

I remember following my family along to appointments with my doggos when I was younger. I also lost a hamster when I was a kid, and they were so kind to send me their condolences, even if he was a small little critter. They treat me and my pets with respect and actually care, and as I've gotten older, nothing has changed, which is positive.
