took a one year old Dead battery in with it clearly printed on the battery two year warranty. They told me it was dead! They wanted to try and charge it for 24 hours before they would warranty it. I told them I had already tried charging it for 48 hours. It would partially charge but would not hold the charge and would not charge enough to start the vehicle. I live aways out of town and I needed it fixed. They said sorry but they would NOT warranty the battery. Went to O'Riellys and got a good battery for a fraction of the price. Not impressed

Took my camper batteries in that I though were dead. They informed me that we just need to charge them longer and disconnect them for the winter. Thank you for educating us and we will be back when we need any other batteries!

Such bad customer service went in there to buy a batter went to remove my battery from my vehicle but needed a wrench to remove from terminals so I go in there to ask to see if they can let me borrow a wrench and the guy there named Dylan said that’s your problem we don’t loan out tools ? I’m like ok so I go next door a kidd performance and so kindly they do let me borrow a wrench so I go back in to interstate and as the same guy who blew me off is ringing me up a customer comes in and tell him hey here’s your wrench thanks for letting me borrow some tools... like you dirt bag

Don't ever buy Interstate batteries, in the last 7 years I bought 2 batteries, each battery died after just over a year. Then the 2 replacements for those batteries died just over a year later. Overall horrible brand with a pathetic Warranty.
