“My husband and I went in to upgrade his phone and Jayden was fantastic in doing so. He looked at all promotions we could be offered and I myself even got a watch for a great price. But that’s not even the best part. we finished up there, and Jayden was finalizing everything he needed to on his end and noticed some things on my account (was with sprint and everything switched over) I didn’t even know cause my payments and such didn’t change. But he called me and informed me what he could do and save me UP TO 100$ depending on what all I chose to do. He upgraded my account and switched our mifi to the home internet. Ultimately saving me a decent amount. I would recommend anyone going to see Jayden for any of their needs.”

From the moment I walked in the door Jace came right up and asked how he could help. He was able to do everything I needed done in about 10 minutes and was amazing to work with. “I had the best Verizon experience of my life!!! Compared to a few months ago when I bought my last phone. I dont know if Verizon has stepped up its game or what. It had got to the point I hated going in to Verizon.The only reason I had not switched was because I have an old plan that is excellent. But even with that I was ready to go somewhere else. The staff were in the past at the best not friendly but usually condescending and rude. Yesterday I walked in and was helped immediately not waiting literally for an hour or two. The whole staff seemed courteous. Lisa could not have been more helpful and pleasant. She went above and beyond to find a solution for me. The whole atmosphere in the store seemed different. At least for now I'm sticking to Verizon thanks to Lisa.”

“10 stars for Quale's Electron !! Dish decided to go AWOL with another satellite and we had no TV. I was on the road and my husband was wanting to watch TV and stay out of the 100 degree weather! After having no satellite for 12 hours I calledQuale's for help and Bruce called my husband and walked him through the steps to get dish started up. Quale's provide excellent customer service. We had not had Quale's install our dish and TV, yet Bruce did not hesitate to help us! We are so grateful”
