Am after hours call to Floyd Lilly's emergency phone number resulted in a prompt response--a truck carrying two men, a replacement pump and every tool imaginable. Four hours later I had a new submersible pump installed and operating perfectly! Thank you Floyd Lilly!!

These guys are bomb, if your needing help they got you covered. I showed up while they were just about to close, keys in the door, and I needed some stuff for a unique issue and I wanted to just ask questions and come back the next day but they unlocked the door and took me inside and resolved my issue. It means a lot when a company will take the time to educate you and help. To all those guys at Floyd Lilly your awesome.

We had a well project and decided to contact Floyd Lilly for an estimate. Even though they were very busy they made time to come out and look at what we needed and give us an estimate. I called and after a short conversation gave the go-ahead for the job. They arrived early the NEXT day and got the job done in a very timely manner. They explained what they did and came in on budget. I am impressed and very confident with Preston and Joel's work. We were preparing for a Sunday wedding at Mountain View Barn when our pump went out Friday morning. The pump was replaced by Saturday afternoon and the Sunday wedding was a huge success. Thank you.

Stopped in the store with a pump that was not working. I was ready to purchase another pump, but one of the guys took a look at it and was able to fix the problem. Instead of spending $400, the repair only cost $85. I will be back with all of my irrigation needs. Thank you

RAVE: Floyd Lilly Company! They are awesome! What's worse than waking up with no power? Waking up with no water! What's worse is when your wife is waking you up at 5:30 AM because there is no water. I grabbed my trusty flashlight went into the basement and stared at the pipes for a few minutes. I may have even jiggled one or two. We had an issue with our well and they responded within 12 hours. They replaced a few capacitors and we were back up and running. Service was good, however, expect to pay DOUBLE what you should. I called to ask why it's so expensive and received, "Well, were you out of water?". I'd have a hard time charging someone as steeply as they do.

Brent Paxton and Jim are very knowledgeable and have been instrumental in diagnosis of my home well pump that went out. They came to inspect and repair my pump as soon as I called as this happened on a Holiday Weekend!! Thank You Brent and Jim for going above and beyond the call of duty!!
