Done shopping here. Workers were very rude, stayed behind the checkout with a store full of customers, and refused to hold a pair of shoes for 20 minutes until my husband could get there. I went to Journeyz instead and they were fantastic.

Recieved a 20% coupon to use in store and had to fight to get them to honor it. It was a hassle considering I spent over $200 in store. Not sure I will go back for awhile.

There were a few staff, none of whom helped us except one person who stopped when I directly stopped her to ask a specific question to which she replied as briefly and quickly as possible before walking away without seeing if there were any other questions we had. One of the people working there was literally leaning on one of the displays at the front of the store and didn't acknowledge us at all as we were clearly walking out empty handed and annoyed. The store is poorly marked, so it was hard to recognize where to start looking for kid shoes, and there didn't seem to be a lot of rhyme or reason once we got to the few displays for kids. Of the selection they had, there were so few size options so white while it looked initially like we had a lot of choices, there were only a handful that had me daughter's standard size in stock. The prices were too high to have that poor of customer service and selection. Looks like Amazon or Zappos gets our business today. It's wild to me that any brick and mortar could afford to have bad customer service.

I used to love shopping for shoes at this store! Key word “used to”! My husband, toddler, and I went there today to get us some puma’s! On the outside door it does say mask required. Okay, that’s reasonable. Did we have mask on us, No. In twin almost all the stores I go into ask you to wear a mask and will provide you with a mask if you don’t have one or have forgotten yours or will let you be and won’t say anything to you about not having a mask and let you be on your merry way without one. Well, this store does not! We walked in, didn’t see a stand for mask. I assumed they would have had some there for their customers. I was already at the shoes I wanted, box in hand, when the manager lady walks over and rudely stated, “that we can’t be there without a mask!” Okay.. I politely asked if they had any that they could provide for us? Again, every store I have been in will provide you with a mask if you ask them. She rudely replied back, “No, but we have them for you to buy!” I don’t take be talked down to very well because I was on the verge of tears the way she treated us. My husband finally chimed in and told her “Okay, we’ll take our money else where. To a store that will treat their customers better.” By the way, I to have a medical exemption to why I can’t wear a mask! Take some customer services classes from Costco because even they know if you have a medical reason for not being able to wear a mask, they provide you with a face shield!To anyone looking to shop here during all this COVID bs. Take a mask or you will be talked to rudely and told to leave the premises like your a criminal! Also, Twin is not a mask mandated county!

I won’t be shopping here at this store and all Famous Footwear stores ever again, very rude and very unprofessional staff. I was willing to wear a mask if they provided one for me, I was followed by the cashier and manager and harassed the entire time I was there trying to buy a pair of shoes, the staff kept pushing me to buy their masks for $5, who treats customers like this? I have been to many stores in Twin Falls and have never been treated like this, horrible experience.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Every time I go into this location they won’t even talk to you. I went in to try and return a pair of shoes I just bought and was told I can’t return them because I work them around the house. No where on my receipt where it states the return policy does it say I can’t do a home test. Also their policy states that if you don’t like the fit to bring them back. I will be calling customer service tomorrow to see if we can resolve the issue because they refused to take them back.

If the store requires masks inside they should be provided. It feel like they don’t care if they lose business whatsoever, just looking at the reviews shows how much they care about their customers.

I was kicked out of the store for not wearing a mask, I told the cashier I would wear one if they provided one for me, and so she followed us throughout the store, very uncomfortabl, very rude. I will not be shopping here or at this store any longer. Horrible customer service.
