“I messed up my windows reinstall, and they were able to successfully wipe the hard drive and reinstall windows for me, which made me very happy because I thought the price of $99 dollars was reasonable.
However, when I got home and couldn't hook it up to the internet I realized they had neglected to reinstall ANY of the drivers for my laptop. Luckily they were still open and helped me with a driver for the WAN so I could get the updates for systems and drivers I needed.
I feel.this is a step they should have done since it took me another 3 hours to get it all done and that was very tiresome. But hey, my laptop is working well again, soooo......”
