Last company I would ever use, previous tenants in my home had a contract through culligan and culligan has been trying to remove the water softener. I have called and gotten it scheduled, took a day off of work for them to come do it, no big deal, the only problem was they never came. So I had to call them and they told me it was rescheduled so I got the next date they were supposed to come to remove the water softener and took another day off, waited all day to call and find out they rescheduled for a later date. This went on at least 2 more times and they still haven’t showed up. Skeezy business with skeezy technicians and skeezy dispatchers.

I appreciate Culligan because they deliver my salt and fill the tank. My delivery dates are set well in advance so I can plan around them. Their drivers are courteous.
