Look, the people are nice here, but they are always out of stock on stuff. The only store thats open on sundays is the bluelakes store, which makes it crazy busy. Plan on spending at least 30min to an hour just waiting.....a lot of times to fin out that theu are out of stock?

I needed help with my phone. I went to the Cricket store on Blue Lakes Twin Falls, Idaho. The people there went out of their way to help. They spent extra time with me with me to get figured out out. App.

Waited 35mins with no help to then be told that only the head of our family plan can authorize switches on devices (a 2min answer)... disappointed by the snail's pace that this place runs on to say the least

I went in for help to return my phone to cricket and the female working would not help me. My account was opened in Twin Falls we have 2 phones on the account . I was told when opening the account I could go to my local cricket store for any issues. Since the cricket employee refused to help me my son went to the Twin Falls store where we got help from a very unhappy cricket employee who opened my account to begin with and was applauded at the Ontario staff for not assisting me to begin with

I came in and switched from Boost. Boost tried everything they could to not give us our account numbers but they helped. They also helped us with the EBB program. These ladies know what they're doing. They have excellent customer service also. 10 outta 10 recommend.

The people at the store actually pretty nice they got me a good deal on my phone and I was able to bring a phone from other places and get it hooked up I'm paying $10 a month

They are really nice Cricket has a no refund policy for accessories Returned a brand new iphone but lost money on phone case charger and charging cable And once they took out the Cricket sims card for the other phone (brand new 400 dollars) it no longer worked on the Cricket network I lost about 500 dollars upgrading to an Iphone that I returned And a $17.50 fee to upgrade the i- phone T-Mobile is better they have 5g and you get refunded for any returned accessories
