Took my van in for first tire rotation and balance check after buying tires 5 months prior. Drove about 15 miles and noticed shaking in steering wheel when driving 50 mph and above. Usually a sign of a tire imbalance as no shake before. Had to turn around after talking to tire center worker. Had to wait while they redid the balance. Drove home and same thing happened again, as if nothing was done. Because I don’t live in Twin and don’t trust the workers at the tire center to do the job correctly I will need to take my van to my local mechanic and pay for redoing Costco’s shoddy work. Will never buy tires from Costco Twin Falls again because their service department can’t be trusted to do their job correctly. What a waste of time.

I scheduled an appointment to get my seasonal tires changed. I had to get off work early to get to the appointment. Once I arrived I was told that they could not change my tires since they weren’t Costco tires. They said it was why they offered a cheap price. I told them I would pay more since I took off work and needed to get them swapped regardless. I had no idea about this “policy” and still they refused to offer any service or help. I also had not bought the tires since they had come with the car so I had no idea if they were Costco tires or not. In the future I will not consider buying Costco tires because they could not help me out this one time.

Scheduling my appointment same day too put tires on I then Called in again On my way in and spoke to conrad letting him know I would be a few minutes late He made it painless and said we will see you when you get here. Upon arrival I parked in the wrong spot as well as Approached wrong door, I Then was greeted by kenny He told me don't worry about parking Helped me check in and Get the ball rollin 5 * customer service thanks again guys-Coop

I’m not one to leave reviews, especially poor ones, but every time I’ve visited this Costco tire center I’ve left frustrated. I bought new tires from them last fall and came in with my specifications and asked for help choosing tires. When I came in to get them installed a week later, a different sales rep told me they were too oversized for my car and asked if I really wanted them installed. When I told the rep that they had picked them out, he back tracked and said they’d be fine. Today I came in for a rotation and they called me after awhile asking me for my keys, which I had given them and they’d misplaced. It’s taken twice as long at each appointment than they’ve told me when I’ve gotten there, which is hard with a cranky toddler and thawing food.

I really hate leaving this rating. It’s not the people or the quality of work by the people in the tire center. It’s Costco not having enough people to work.The scheduling system has availability but they are always 2 or 3 appointments behind because there are on 3 people working and one of those guys has to drop everything to work the front desk.Costco no longer cleans the tires when they balance the tires so it affects how they get balanced.The tires are less expensive but the services are lacking and that makes it more difficult to go there.

For appliances and TVs bad experience after spending a few thousand dollars my experience with the service and products is bad. The logistics team member from Boise called me and she was rude and a manager never called me back. A kitchen aid dishwasher missing part and Costco took a month and several phone calls to get me the part. I also have bought 2 85 " Samsung tvs the 1st one had a defective blue line the 2nd has a broken screen now I have to return it again for a third one and they are selling defective merchandise to tell me I can only make 3 returns on one account. Costcos customer service is going down and their clothes is like swap meat quality. We are disappointed in Costco.

Convenient, priced well, but the time I was told - 75 minutes (1:15) was off by almost a whole extra hour. That’s all fine and good, I get that sometimes things take longer, but sitting there waiting with cold and frozen food isn’t a good thing. Glad I didn’t have ice cream at least.

I pay $60 for membership and they had no Starbuck coffee, turkey hotdogs, Comet, 1ply TP, panto shrimp in a box, so went to Walmart got all and paid for gas and got to use any credit card I wanted. So NEVER again renewing my membership or shopping there again. If I need one item or more I can have a neighbor just pick it or choose to not by the bulk item they only sell and still Dave a crap load of money elsewhere. Twinfalls, ID is the store I am talking about.

My daughter and I blew a tire while traveling through Twin Falls on a Sunday. I have a 4x4 F350 van with specific tire specifications and was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get it back in the road until Monday. But, Tim in the tire center was very kind and knowledgeable. His team had it fixed and back on the road quickly.

We stopped to help somebody with a flat tire and after we got the tire off, we realized the spare one wouldn’t work. So we drove around looking for a place that could maybe patch the flat tire. We rolled up to Costco Tire Center right as Tim was closing for the night (because of course flat tires seem to only happen after hours), but he had compassion on us and stayed open just a bit longer to patch the flat tire and send us on our way. We tried to tip him, but he said he couldn’t take it, so instead I’m gonna tell everybody how impressed I was with Tim. The world still has good people in it.

Rant to COSTCO and the manager they have tim hays i called and asked if they would be intrested in being apart of this benefit in our local community not expecting a yes and before I could even finish the sentence this guy HANGS UP in my face. Beyond rude all you had to say was no. I understand not everyone can get involved. And Tim if you see this I was only going to ask for a manager discount on something I could buy and raffle off. I'm aware u only give cash to nonprofits doesn't mean you have to be unprofessional.

This Costco just makes up stuff. One, they don't like to give you cash for your return. Insist for it and ask for a manager if they don't budge (it was $13). It will take at least two business days for your money to show up if put back on your card, this is not the experience at hundreds of other locations. When I asked for a manager she said she could do it after all. Secondly, I asked an employee if they had an item in stock, he said, sorry, they are out of stock. But I had a feeling he was being lazy. I went to member services, and the lady confirmed they had an entire pallet in stock. She called a manager to pull it down. So I recommend bypassing any associate and go straight to a manager or member services. What I am noticing is that because people are so kind around here and won't insist, and employees know that and they take advantage.

We got a flat tire just outside of twin falls and ended up needing a tow back into town. Tyler was incredible about getting us in and out as quickly as possible! The tire staff was down a team member so Tyler had to pull double duty between the front desk and the garage. He made us feel like a priority as he did went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of quickly and properly! The whole experience was phenomenal and we are so appreciative!
