Had my oil changed here. When I picked up the Vehicle there was oil on the center console, the seat, the fender, and the grill guard. There was also oil on the under carriage that should have been wiped up after the work was done. The tech was very messy.

My family and I were traveling through Idaho and our car started knocking really bad. Luckily we made it to Twin Falls, because the wheel was about to come off. We had gone to several (3) mechanics already, all were very busy since it was in evening.
These guys were able to get it looked at right away and figure out the problem and come up with a plan to replace the wheel and rotor, etc. It was bad!
Because it was already late, and they were closing soon, and the locations to ask around for a replacement wheel that fit my van were also closed & we had to wait til the morning to hear any updates.
(We figured out a place to stay the night) Stressful, but not their fault. I'm just glad they could look at it and not just say "sorry too busy". Talk about anxiety to find a place to fix it on a trip and have to drive from location to location.
They understood and helped out.
They called about noon the next day! Faster than expected. Which was great! And we were able to pick it up and head back home (7 hours to go).

P.S.
Was 5 stars but had to stop in Nampa, 2 hours away, to check why the wheel was smoking, some one forgot to grease the calipers on brakes. So kind of had to replace the rotors and pads on both sides again. Yikes. Also replace a thread for wheel...
Though I appreciate their swift help, some things were missed that should've been caught. Even the ABS cord wasn't plugged in...

Commercial Tire is just the best. Whether I'm in Idaho Falls or Twin Falls like this location. They take great care of their customers..they always help however they can and as soon as they can. Never see a reason to switch to Les Schwabb

Great place. Only tire shop I use. I had an emergency on our golf cart didn’t realize they closed at 4 on Saturday. They fixed it staying late for me. Thanks guys!

Comnercial tire should just close there doors. Take your vehicle in for an alignment they do an oil change and a rotaion. Guess it's easy to be that stupid and they still want paid for stuff that should not have been done. Go anywhere else....

We had low tire pressure and needed it checked. They got us in right away. We ended up have a hole in our tire. They fixed it and didn’t charge us. Thank you for making our family safe while we travel home. We appreciate the service. You were awesome!!
