“The sales associates refused to give me change, as I didn't have the exact amount of money for the cost of my merchandise.. I had to call customer service 3 times to get the money back that they overcharged me (hopefully they will refund me).Ok, I am updating this review.. The manager at Carter's apologized for the confusion and my money was refunded.. The selection of clothing can be a little limited sometimes but it's worth it for me to come back. I love their PJ'S, and they are one of the few stores that sell modest clothes still..”

“I had my highlights done on Wednesday and oh my goodness, did Kennedy truly exceed my expectations! She gave me the hair of my dreams. We all know how bleach can damage our hair and there normally is a little recovery process after just having your hair done but honestly after her amazing and have to mention how much of a thorough job she provides, my hair is so soft and slinky and in such amazing condition. She taught me how to take care of my hair after my appointment. Some serious home aftercare tips, which let’s be honest you don’t typically get after you’ve had your hair done normally. If you are looking for somebody who will really listen to you and will do exactly what you’re asking for or even better, Kennedy is your girl. “Our family utilizes Once Upon a Child for many of our kiddos clothing. Their prices are fair. Sometimes, it is disappointing to trade things in, because I never get as much as I expect. HUGE props to their occasional clearance sales. Yesterday, they were giving 10 clearance items to each customer for free. Overall, this is a great place to check out for kiddo stuff.”
