I keep getting text to review but the truck is back in for the second time in 2 days for the same problem so here's my review you're pushing for....
Last time I was in it took 6+ visits for your service department to figure it out and it has been mostly good since.
The service writer has communicated the part is on its way and should be fixed by Monday, I hope they deliver better than the past experience.
Things I would avoid from an employee standpoint, I personally don't care how long you may be on the phone with the extended warranty company. I was sold that in the sales department and paid good money for that peice of mind, calling and dealing with them is no concern of mine as it seems it's part of your job.
The reviews would be better to send out AFTER the ticket is satisfied/fixed.
Your system still doesn't bring up my warranty info when your staff pulls up my name, this is wasting their time and then they're not happy with me for not telling them about it right away as they have to redo everything.
I hope you the best with success going forward in the transition but it's been 2 yes already.
Update 8-28-2024
I brought the truck in again for the transmission issue (bad as before again) and the service tech couldn't seem to figure out a problem again.... they note it in my account that there is a problem, I run to Seattle and back now past my warranty but "it's noted" remember.... now the they found the problem with an oil sample and I need a new transmission. The cost is now on me and Twin Falls Chevy isn't standing behind the process I was to follow. My bussiness will be done elsewhere from here on out.
Audrey in the service was nice and the technician that went straight to the oil sample to validate my concerns was great (Clint I believe) I sure with he checked it the first time because apparently the detailer was the first one to check it.
It's a shame it's been in for the same issue 8-10 times without resolution, you need to do better as I don't see how it could be worse in my case anyway.
