ATM almost never works and always needs restocked or something. They are only open 9-5 so if you work monday thru Friday and a regular job. Pretty much impossible to ever speak to then. They never tal the time to get to know you. Front people are more worried about talking to themselves then helping you. Just a bad experience and a lot of better banks in town. Do not recommend this bank in twin falls idaho

ATM always don't work. Hard to get a hold of anyone on the phone. When you go in all I get is attidue and bad customer service. I have been banking with change for over 20 years. By far this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with from this branch. I will be changing back really soon.

Chase Bank provides a multitude of good and useful services for its clients. I’ve been banking with them for about a year now and I can say it’s one of the best banks in terms of the diversity and usefulness of their services. However, it is concerning when you see public figures get their bank accounts canceled over comments they’ve made. Additionally, I had a representative get me to apply for a credit card that, in hindsight, I would never have been approved for so that wasn’t exactly helpful.

Personally had a nice experience. I prefer to go in to banks to set up accounts as I always run into issues or it takes forever with it online (weird since I’m a 19 yr old) Odalis was very helpful in getting my personal and business accounts set up without much hassle though.

The worst customer service. Every time I go in they ask me to wait until all the other customers go through before they will get me change. This is outrageous that they won't help in order of customer. They ask me to wait even when more people stand in line. I was there for 30 min today and ended up leaving because they didn't care to help me as a customer.

They do not recognize or support you when your account has been hacked still waiting for a money transfer that they said will take three days. My last bank was able to transfer money from another state within 1 hour. They lure you in with a sign up bonus. They are rude when you have a problem. Stay away from this bank. It is the worst.

Great customer service at this branch. Fast and friendly service. Helped me get my app situation handled in 5 minutes that other branches wanted me to schedule a time to try and resolve it. Thank you for assistance.

Have not been impressed with customer service, I have gotten notices and gone in to check on how to resolve them and the workers I talk to have no idea what the notices are about or how to resolve them. Also, be careful because when setting up a trust account after my dad died there was a waiting period to write checks from the account which I didn't have time for

Drove 2 hrs after working all day to add a person to my account and was turned down because 35 mins wasn’t long enough to add someone. Apparently you have to have an appointment. They said it would take 45 mins to add someone so they didn’t have time today.

After driving over a 150 miles im told that i have to make an appointment with a 1.5 hour wait...I always had a very high opinion of chase ...thats not the case anymore...I told the manager that i had a substantial check that i wanted to open up the account with; never heard of a bank turning down money. I'll be opening my account somewhere else.
