“Lisa went above and beyond and was able to find the van I needed on such short notice. She brought it all the way over from Boise last minute and I was able to leave on time for my trip. The van was AMAZINGLY spacious, clean, and surprisingly good on gas for being a 12 passenger van. The pick up and drop off was very easy as well. I would 100% use them again. “We don't rent a car often - and when we do we consider many variables, price, value, ease of pickup/return, ease of reservation. We chose Budget this time and it was a great choice. We made our original reservation online, plans changed, we had to modify the reservation --- no problem. We reserved a mid-size car, Hyundai, or Toyota etc. When we picked the car up it was a Chevy Equinox -- what a pleasant surprise. They had all our paperwork at the desk - we just signed it and off we went. Return was just as quick and smooth. Granted this is a smaller facility, but the staff was courteous and everything went quickly and with no delays. Definitely will use Budget in the future.”
