First time in the store. Was unaware of the store hours. Was treated poorly, just experience poorly customer service from them. They didn't even offer to help situated the furniture I purchased.

I am so glad I stopped in to get a new mattress here last week. The customer service and selections are outstanding! I just got my second purchase today and I am a happy camper. This place should be everyone's FIRST stop when looking to purchase a new bed. I will recommend BoxDrop 100% everytime. Thank you for helping us!!? JoeleeEdit: mattresses broke down in less then 2 years with springs exposed and material ripped. Buyer beware! My husband and I are both about 150 lbs each, the beds were completely broken down within 2 years of use.

Another great review for Greg. Went to a competitor down the road. Competitor tried selling us a twin mattress for way more then Greg charged and that mattress was terrible quality. Came in to see Greg was in and out satisfied in 15 minutes with a mattress.

Amazing service!! I purchased a full sized mattress with an adjustable base and a Beautiful double loveseat recliner. Very nice furniture for a reasonable price. They delivered and set up everything! I'm so pleased with the service I received!! If you need a bed or living room furniture, you need to go see what they have!!

We purchased a twin bed for our daughter from here. I liked how it was laid back and not much pressure! We picked out a bed fairly quickly for her and got it paid for and loaded in probably 10 minutes! she loves it so much!

I’m amazed there are imperfect reviews for these guys. 1 they’re extremely reasonable price wise, they beat the name brand big stores. 2 over the phone they were professional and helpful. 3 they came in way late to help me buy what I needed, well after close! I support local, especially when they go out of their way to be excellent people. Very thankful, I’ll be back for EVERY need.

Locally owned. Easy to work with. Greg Is a Very nice guy. He even came in on a Sunday to meet with us and show us mattresses. We ended up buying two. Great quality for an affordable price, plus he Finances and Delivers. Had a great experience buying here.

On March 20th came in purchase a mattress and box spring. Few days later we gotten the mattress but no box spring. He gave us another mattress until the box spring came. He said give him 2 or 7 days because he was out of stock. 1. Dont sell something without knowing its in stock. So anyways we didn't get the box spring until April 26. Only reason why we got it because I gave him a time-line. So we won't go back.

Hands down, great experience! I called around town to get a quote on a box spring other businesses gave me some outrageous number! Box Drop prices are reasonable and affordable. Quick service, professional, friendly, easy in and out.
