I went in to exchange a skirt brand new with tags. I needed a smaller size. They tried to make me pay a price difference for an even exchange. It was within the exchange time. They even looked up my order via my phone number. They still were giving me a hard time about not having a receipt. I read their in store policy on exchanges and no where does it state you need a receipt. I am even more baffled since they looked up my order! The sales associate was very rude and disrespectful. You are a higher end shop in a failing economy. Customer service should be your #1 priority! Come on Bohme. You're better than that I thought.

I was shopping for an outfit for the baby shower. Bohme was the last place I visited that day after exhausting, pointless shopping in the mall and I was offered so many options! Girls were extreamly friendly and helpful, locating the right sizes for my belly. Thank you very much for the help! I got my amazing dress for a special day!

Love the clothes! So on trend and something for every age group. Linda,(manager) was so helpful locating the dress I wanted, and had it delivered to my home. How convenient! I also enjoyed a little history lesson of the origins of the boutique. I will definitely purchase again.

This is by far the best shoppe in our mall. The ladies are SO friendly and make me feel welcome every time! They really helped me with some goodies before I left for Italy. This is about the only place in town I buy jewelry and accessories. I just got a rad brown hat here last week. If you want clothes & extra bits that aren't just typical stop in here! The prices are really great, too! Nicely done!

I've been to this store many times with my now fiancé. Every time we went, it was a normal store experience. We were always greeted and always had help shortly when entering the store. This review is not aimed at everyone who works there, only one particular employee. Also I'm positive she does not represent the rest of the store. My fiancé went in to try on a dress this Saturday evening. This employee, who I only know has blonde hair, was helping my fiancé with her dress. After she tried it on, the employee said it looked great on her. My fiancé didn't like it, and went back into the dressing room to change. It was then when she heard this employee speaking to a manager about how the dress made her look like she had “potatoes†under her arms. I don't care who you are, if you have the gall to say bad things about someone behind their back, you should be able to say it to their face. I know this isn't a huge deal, but my fiancé has been trying to slim down for the wedding since last summer. Our wedding is next month and this does NOT help. She went from 185lbs to 115lbs in about a year. That is fantastic. So if 115lbs is considered “fat†to this employee, I could only imagine what she looked like. That is besides the point. My fiancé was very upset and burst into tears when she got home. I never leave reviews, or write rants, but this is just ridiculous. I don't wish ill on this employee, because that would make me no better than her. She knows what she said, and what she did. It will come back to her one day. This happened June 9th, 2018 around 6-8pm.
