Why would you schedule me to pick up a car at 6pm when that's when you CLOSE!?!? Never again. Pushed my important trip out THREE AND A HALF HOURS! Stupidity should not be what you eat for breakfast.

Reserved standard size SUV at Salt Lake City airport. Got in late evening and realized car was a large size SUV, Toyo 4Runner, gas guzzler. When we got to Twin Falls next day, I called Avis at airport to exchange for smaller SUV. Manager Joy was totally rude and argued with me that I should be happy I had a larger vehicle and made no attempt to look for other options. With gas at over $5/gal I spent about $300 in fuel over 6 days. Cost was not biggest complaint...manager Joy and her rudeness was. I have been an Avis preferred customer for over 35 years, never have I had experienced such poor customer service.

Worst service ever "joy" was a totally rude and unprofessional,found out our car was losing a motor right b4 we had to drive to my brothers funeral reserved a car on Priceline no problems. Got to the airport to our surprise no one at the desk, called the number it's on the desk. We waited around and the lady (joy) comes in smelling like cigarettes saying I had to take a brake someone sent me over the edge on a last min reservation... And she (joy) flat out said oh you was you guy's. I'm sorry our brother passed away without any warning. I'm sorry you had to do your job... We emailed corporate and nothing not even apology nothing car was dirty and had dried up soapall over it...I will not be doing service with this company and will be turning people the other direction as well

Had an accident got the car back a couple hours late cause I was in icu at the hospital charged us 100.09 and my kids left stuff in it and we fought to get some of it back but didn’t get it all

Wow. I can honestly say that the service agent, Joy, was absolutely NOT a joy to work with. One star is too generous.Not only did she fail to greet us as she walked up to the desk, she had the audacity to scold us on making a last-minute reservation. We had pre-paid for a small SUV and when we arrived at the desk, she said the vehicle was unavailable, "I wasn't going to give you anything but I had a van sitting here--that's what you get for making a last-minute reservation." Okay, fine, no need to be rude about it.It's disappointing that Avis' system can't keep up with their physical inventory, but Joy's attitude about it was mind-blowing. Plus, she even scoffed at me when I offered our IDs, "What do I need her ID for?" while pointing to my mom.And before finalizing our transaction, she started helping the guy behind us, and said to me, "hold on, I need to help him first." Like, weren't you in the middle of helping me? Why suddenly, have I been pushed aside?This is by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I absolutely regret NOT going two desks down to Enterprise, where the agent actually seemed genuinely helpful.

Rude service agent at the twin falls. ID, She never greeted us never said hello how can I help you very quick to cut us off during our questions and concern rude rude rude agent from the very beginning to the very last minute minute do not go there unless you wanna be chewed out at for no reason

It was one of the worst rental cars that I have ever rented! From the check in to the end, the service was not good, they price bleed you and the vehicle was a hazard! These were the rear tires and one of them went flat!

Extremely rude woman. She refused to print a receipt for me last month, and I came back because no one on the phone could help me. I just came back to get the receipt after and she’s throwing a fit looking into it for me. When purchasing over $1,000 worth of car rentals, I expect a receipt and this is not much to ask for.She’s being just as rude to the guy in front of me too after she made me go to the back of the line because she didn’t want to help me.

This lying old lady at Avis did not know how to do her job, she had to face time her daughter to help her. Although I was a walk in, I did not think it would take over an hour of my time, and after trying for so long she was unable to rent me a car and said she would meet with me the next morning at 8 am in which she did not. My time was wasted as she did not follow with her word.

Got here at 2:45 and its now 3:45, still waiting on the car to be cleaned. It was supposed to be ready by 1:15pm. Im here for work this was a huge inconvenience to me and my company. Lady at the desk was also really rude.
