I took my car in for what I thought was a weak fuel pump, because it had a hard time starting and they could have just swapped it out and charged me but they tested it and it was good.They then diagnosed it as a partially clogged throttle body. Cleaned it up and charged a fair price. Thank you Wayne and crew for the great service and technical evaluation.”
“So this is new review of one that I deleted. I had a running boards (Westin HDX) put on my new Tundra. The placement of the step was positioned under the lower door casing so only about 1 1/2 inches of it were useful. this made it difficult to use and easy to slip off from.
So after my review, I was called by Keaton, who professionally and politely asked me to contact them to see how they could help.
Went down, had a polite discussion and we easily solved my problems and concerns. Upgraded to the Electric floorboards which are much wider and provide an easy step into the cab. The difference is night and day.
I would like to thank RWT for taking the initiative to call, address my concerns and make sure that I was happy with purchase.
It's rare in my experience to find a business that puts that much effort to please the consumer. I will use them again.”

“In a world where great customer service is almost non-existent Phill and Sindy are outstanding!! I needed to take my car in for a minor paint repair and from beginning to end they were wonderful. When I arrived I was greeted right away, given an estimate, and never felt rushed. They answered all my questions and treated me as if they’d known me forever. Excellent customer service AND fantastic paint repair! Hopefully I won’t need services again, but if I do, I’ll be going to Pro Image. Seriously can’t recommend them enough.”

“My experience with these guys was A+! This shop is happy to help travellers in need of service. I called them on a Tuesday afternoon from Reno and said I could be there as early as the next day, they said come on in. “I ordered parts for my car. The Guy answering the phone was very knowledgeable & helpful. I had to wait a few days for parts. I had checked prices at other Auto parts stores. They had the best prices. Plus I got a big discount, too. I saved $50...?However, when I picked up the parts, I also needed to buy spark plugs. I was asked what type of motor?!?! It's a 4 cyl. I now know there are two kinds of engines for this vehicle ??...Well, since I didn't have my car with me, I didn't know. So I didn't buy the Spark plugs.FYI... if I was asked at the time of ordering other parts, I could of checked the car...Then I would have bought all parts at the same time....Always learning☺️?...”

If they look like they came from the bottom of the ocean...I'll like to have actual pictures of the actual parts I may or may not be buying in the future...Otherwise efficient service.
