My daughter recommended Aspen Dental. She has had a great experience with them and she knows I've had a rough go in the past and have a bit of a phobia these days. Getting and appointment only took a couple days, they are friendly and caring. They gave me multiple options for what I wanted done and explained everything very thoroughly. Best part they are willing to work with me on a payment plan. I will highly recommend Aspen Dental - Twin Falls to anyone who asks!

They were so nice!! I was a little anxious because I haven’t been in forever and the last time I went (not aspen dental) it was a pretty painful experience. But I set my first appointment with them to just get checked and see what I needed done but they got me in for all my treatments in the same appointment! I appreciate them so much??

I loved this place! I've had bad teeth my whole life. Every experience I've had with dentists have been horrible. Until I came here. The women here are all so nice and like to joke around and treat you like a human. The technology they use is really cool too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is one of the most unprofessional and money hungry businesses I’ve ever encountered. I already have really bad dental anxiety and this place made it into dental trauma. They told me I had Periodontal disease (I had no idea what it was) and that if I didn’t get the deep cleaning required that my teeth have a possibility of falling out. Instantly threw me into an anxiety attack. I had to ask if there was going to be a charge for my deep cleaning and they told me yes 500 dollars. I asked why it was so much that my insurance should cover it and they claimed they only cover half. I don’t have that kind of money so I told them I would have to pass while bawling because I’m thinking my teeth are going to fall out. They did no sort of cleaning on my teeth just a consultation which took 2 hours. They also tried to sell me a 400 dollar toothbrush which I also told them no. When I asked if I could just do a basic cleaning for now they told me no because it’s “unethical” because I don’t have a healthy mouth. I decided to get a second opinion. I went to another Dentist and they told me I had no signs of Periodontal Disease and that my teeth were completely healthy. They also told me that the “Deep cleaning” they were trying to charge me 500 bucks for is completely covered by my insurance and that I shouldn’t have to pay a cent. Also the 400 dollar toothbrush they tried to get me to buy was way less as well. I have never been so disappointed in a company like this before. I definitely will not be going back.

My insurance was good there and covered the x-rays but they said their computer system said that it didn't so they wanted to charge me money before I went in to see the dentist after I've already seen there after a while so I do not recommend this place to anybody it's too unfortunate the people with little or no income get charged for no reason when their insurance covers the cost of the x-rays and they didn't even try to call my insurance to find out why and Hispanic girl at the front desk was very rude and the dentist come out to explain to me he needed different x-rays that my insurance did cover so it was almost like I felt I was being scammed for money or kind of let in like cattle and an owl because I needed to antibiotic for my teeth because they were infected before they pull them so the least it could have done was looked but they refused without money for the x-rays which I had to go to a surgeon anyway to get the teeth out and they were just doing a visual knowing that I had to have the antibiotics like I told them so they just pushed me out the door and didn't care and had no feelings about it definitely not family oriented

The good: the staff was friendly and patient regarding my fear of needles. The bad:-They charge all the work I needed done at once. Not when they actually did it but right off onto a credit card they talked me into signing up for. When I canceled all future appointments and ask to be refunded they did but it seems real sketchy to me.-They drilled my tongue.- They really messed up my fillings. I needed like 10 cavities filled. First time went OK. They did 2 or 3. I don't remember. It was like a year ago. Next they did like 2 more. The filling was too high and very uncomfortable. They drilled it down. They left NO space between the two teeth. I couldn't floss at all. Lucky for me it was only maybe a couple months before the filling started falling our. Sure, I can't chew on that side but at least I can floss. In fact, I have to floss and use toothpicks every single time I eat because of the way that filling broke out. Obviously at this point I wasn't going back. It was hard enough for me to go in in the first place. Now I'm scared to get my teeth worked on at all. That's really unfortunate because the rest of my fillings have started falling out. I know fillings aren't forever but I'm pretty sure they're supposed to last more than a year. They don't know what they're doing. Go somewhere else. Or just skip it. Frankly I think I'd be better off today if I'd never set foot in this place.Side note to Sarah the hygienists: You're dad is toxic. He has no right picking a job for you. You deserve better.Sarah seemed really sweet. She deserves better than what she told me about.

Went in for first appt. OCTOBER 2022. Mentioned I might need new dentures. Took all my credit card info. Stuffed my face with the gewey stuff. Charged my card 1500.00 when I found a real dentist. Charges are being disputed. Card is in my husband's name. He didn't authorize any payment.

I went in for some broken teeth and cavities filled. Some how the conversation came up about dentures.I asked how much would be. 14k is what I was told. So I said that wasn't an option. She had me fill out some paperwork for a loan. I told her that I was disabled and I am on a fixed income. I said I just want them pulled and filled. That is when she told me my insurance is maxed out. How is that possible, she then told me it was for the X-rays that were taken in order to give me a quote. I'm sorry but that is very shady. and to leave me walking out with a toothache and no insurance to get them fixed...
