My experience with these guys was A+! This shop is happy to help travellers in need of service. I called them on a Tuesday afternoon from Reno and said I could be there as early as the next day, they said come on in. I was there first thing the next morning and they had me in ‘n out quickly with a new chain & sprockets installed. Can’t thank them enough, this was exactly the experience I had hoped for!

Such a fantastic dealership. We were stuck with a broken down bike while travelling. Jeremiah and his staff went above and beyond to help us get everything we needed. Then they let us park under their shady canopy to fix the bike. Thank you so very much!

They are ok, not super friendly but not rude either, wish they would keep more parts for 2000s bikes since they are the only kawasaki dealer near me but overall decent place

Big John is the man! If I could give 10 stars I would! My buddy and I had been planning a big camping/riding trip since October 2022 and about 2/3 of the way in I blew a fork seal on my 02 KTM 520 EXC in the Ruby Mountains, NV. At first we called 5th Gear Powersports in Elko, NV but they didn't have the correct seals so they recommended we call Adventure Motorsports up in Twin Falls. When we called John answered the phone and confirmed he had the correct seals in stock, made sure the mechanic was available, and said he can have them done the same day all while we were on a windy trail with barley any cell service in the middle of nowhere. We rode back to camp packed up and headed up there the next morning and sure enough they had it done in a couple hours and we were on our way to our next destination which was conveniently not far from the Twin Falls area. I would highly recommend these guys if your in the area or if your an out of towner like me. Again thanks a million John for saving us on our trip and yes we made it to Jarbidge and back home safely. Have had these guys always work on my boat today pulled off shrink wrap to find my bass speakers turned upside down and one of them sitting on my seat which tore my stitching on the seam of seat

Love the new location. Lots of room and parking. Plenty of inventory and great service even though it was near closing time. We weren't rushed or seemed pressured!

This shop was absolutely amazing! My husband and I rolled in 5 minutes before close looking for air filters before starting the IDBDR. They didn’t have the exact filter for my bike, but they were able to help us find something that would work, they greased and installed it for us, and even washed my old one to keep as a spare for our trip. They had great tips for our ride and were so accommodating. They didn’t rush us at all even after they were closed. Incredible shop, incredible people.

We were traveling back home to North Carolina with 10 bikes! Two of them needed new tires. The great team and staff here stopped what they were doing to help us get back on the road! I must say we appreciate dealerships like this and only hope that the ones that do not treat traveling bikers the same learn from a dealership like this! This dealership really deserves 10 stars

Stopped in while on the TAT needed rear brake lever I'd busted on my 1090. Didn't have it in stock but removed one from a bike they had in inventory to get me going. Great guys and gal there.

Nice people, good dealer for bikes. I have been here a few times to sit on bikes, but I bought my first bike from them last year and it was an easy and nice experience. I would definitely recommend shopping here. Also they have a great gear selection as well.

I've had my generator worked on in here a couple times. They always do a very professional job and they get it done quickly. I've had a few minor problems problems and they haven't even charged me for fixing those. I can't say enough good about this place. Bring your business here and you'll be very happy.

Should be less than Zero stars. The worst customer service that i have gotten from any place i have visited. I would not ever recommend them for anything. U will stand in the store and wait till hell freezes over before someone helps you. and when someone does the attitude of being inconvenienced is over the top.
