I waited for a quote gave them time. Called them they was busy painting there business they forgot me They would send me a quote Friday evening I said that would be okay. If they would have said it would take extra time I would have understood. Still haven't seen nothing very disappointed. Not sure that they are going to be able to do the job in a reasonable way or time.

Crash Champions Twin Falls (formerly Addison Collision Repair) did an amazing job on our car after being pelted with gravel from a truck spilling gravel due to a malfunctioning belly dump. Looks like new! Would definitely recommend! Thank you Crash Champion's. You're awesome!

This place treats different races differently. As an Asian customer, I had my car repaired here. They initially provided me with a date for when I would get my car back, and I rented a car from their partner company based on that information. However, they extended the completion date, which gave the impression that they might be collaborating with the rental company to increase their profits by extending the rental period. They should ensure that they complete the repairs on the date they initially promised.
They asked me to delete my negative review, claiming that it would harm their company's reputation. They also said they would expedite the service only if I removed the review, which seemed unreasonable. They should not make threats or try to negotiate with me in this manner.

They did a great job. They even washed and vaccumed the entire car. We didn't expect that service.

I will let the photos and video speak for them self. Addison had the truck for 4 months and didn't feel like tightening the door nuts or the step bar. The lower half of the door panel is coming off, the paint is not buffed, the wire harness is twisted, and a dent on the lower inner door sheet metal. I mean WHAT?

My experience with the whole Addison Collision team was a 10/10!! I very much appreciated Monika and Kimberly's constant updates and overall communication! The quality of the repair was also a 10/10! The shop and technicians did a fantastic job. I never thought my truck would look as good as before the accident. Now, it looks better than before! I will use them for all my autobody needs and strongly recommend them to others! Cheers!

Driving from slc to sea, the hood of our car flew open right outside twin falls. We took it to Crach Champions and had excellent service. They made the vehicle safe to drive to get the rest of the way to sea. They were incredibly kind. Would highly recommend!!!
