Walked in yesterday to see 6 people doing nothing but ignoring potential paying customers...love kawasaki but this sucked.....let's not forget to mention I bought a new 2023 kawasaki somewhere else that day....6 month update: went and tried a trade in and got 7.000 the first quote, later today got a 6.000 trade-in quote.an 8k motorcycle somehow was going to end up being 13k!!!......no surprise really but I figured on doing business local since I just moved into town.

I had an issue with a SXS, not purchased at Action Cycle, but I took it there for repair. It was an issue, out of warranty by 3 months, and extremely hard to detect. The service team at Action Cycle in Twin Falls Idaho, were relentless, professional and never quit. Keven Meyers, the service manager, understands what “Customer Service “ is, and should be. I wouldn’t hesitate to take a machine there for service, or an issue. The service team, led by Kevin is exceptional!

spoke with the service manager kevin and seems like an absolutely awsome person and will be giving them another chance expecialy since the salesman Curtis (who is incredible guy who listens to what the customer is looking and guilds them to exactly what they want and need very friendly easy to work with and very helpful with all my questions) just got me in to a 2024 kawasaki nika H7 hybrid that ove been wanting for ever check up after sale to make sure i was happy definatly go to Curtis he will take care of you! And shout out to their finaxe team theu were clear explained things simply and extremly helpful a complete 180 from the time before idk what the service manager and gm have done but what ever it is they seem to be doing it right!

Poor customer service and stupid high prices from service asked for help with my chain broke on my 22 klr 650 asked for a chain sprokets oil change and air filter replacment took them over 2 weeks and numorus calls to them before I got a single call back and they wanted over $1500 to do it! I bought oem parts except the chain (wanted to upgrade it) some place else for under $350 and did all the work my self in only a couple hours talk about highway robber then when I called in asking if they could break the chain for me cause it was too long they said they didn't know if it was possible and would call me back (doubt they will they haven't in the past) called adventure motorsports and they were friend and amd helped out right their and then! No problem!

I bought a used x3 turbo r, got it home and it had some mechanical issues, called Elliot and he was extremely helpful! They were quick to get it in a shop the same day to have it looked at and fixed!!

My name is Michael Burke I just left a review today and it is gone I bought a New Kawasaki Teryx 800 from the Twin Falls store a week ago I'm writing this is because no service after the sale. I could not pick up my new side by side till the inspection was completed so after I picked my unit I was going to take out but things came up good thing to I found multiple things wrong and if I would have taken it to the mountains like I wanted I would have been stranded. I called and talked Andy and all would say is the people that were supposed to check out the unit no longer work there so I talked Curtis about the problems and asked for a service manual and he got upset and said I should know I'm not the only one this has happened to and all so said they were not going to pay for a manual but it would have cost a lot of money to get me back to town for repairs if I didn't see some things wrong then when I was checking more found quite a bit wrong that should have been taken care of during the inspection so be careful and make sure your new ride has been checked or you may be stranded. Yes I bought my new Teryx this month 7/2024
I replied to the owners message with my phone and email and address and no response from the owner I would like a call from the owner about this matter because is this should not have happened like this but after talking with a few local people and they say this normal. If I did business like this I would not have a business but as the saying from everyone I talked to about this If I didn't buy the unit someone else would.
I have tried calling the person that responded to this review but no answer and no reply on that person after taking the Teryx on a 30 mile run more problems and at this time I am contacting the better business bureau and filing a formal complaint on this dealership
