This place is amazing! Organic gluten free. Incredibly extensive menu. If you are staying at the Holiday Inn Express which has the worst biogenic breakfast options ever, go to 4 Roots!!! Next to a health store!

Anytime we drive near Twin Falls we stop to eat. We have zero options for a fully gluten free place near where we live. We love that it's so easy to get gluten and dairy free items here!!! It honestly makes us question moving closer.
