We got some good advice on submitting our claim to ensure it would get processed quickly, they were able to get our car in within 3 days of receiving the estimate, and the fairly extensive damage was repaired within a week.They communicated well with us and went the extra mile in a few areas. It's been a few weeks since the repairs were made and there haven't been any issues with our car. “Very Reasonable and Quick to respond - Let us drop off after hours and didn’t overcharge us. Originally Inspected our oil leak for a very small fee and we gave him the go ahead to do the repairs. He had a solid estimated price for us before he started the repairs. I did have to wait an hour despite having an appointment, so I am not sure of the benefit if scheduling, but they moved quickly to get us in soon. They were out of the product we needed, but offered us the premium product for no more charge”
“I hit an empty 5 gallon bucket on the freeway which tore away the lining and damaged some plastic around my front right wheel. They got in the parts and had it fixed 3 days later. And they stayed within the proposal they gave me. Not my first time using Christensen. Definitely won't be my last. They've always provided great service.”
“We had a blow out on I-90 fortunately we had a spare. Unfortunately, the trunk was full of luggage and other travel stuff. The St Anthony's Les Schwab had a suitable replacement. When we got the garage, CJ (maybe the manager or lead for the shop) was very helpful dealing with all our stuff from the trunk, getting the new tire on in under a half an hour of our appointment time. The price was better than we got elsewhere. Good prices, good service, good attitude, what else could you want!!!”
