I went my storage units in Rexburg in April only to find both units had frozen water on the floor and had ruined two mattresses. In July I reported a hole in the roof of the storage unit and as of September it still hadn’t been fixed.If I could leave a lower review, I would.

Good storage place. Have not had any water ingress in my years here. I do not visit in winter so I don't have problems with snow.

Easy online reservation and billing setup. Duncan the manager was helpful to make sure we got moved on well. The gate is working now so I feel our stuff is secure. Our experience has been way better than the older reviews.
