“Honestly wish I could leave a 10 Star review I’ve never worked with a more knowledgeable mechanic, he saved my life a couple years back my starter went out on my Toyota 4 runner the day I was supposed to leave at the end of the semester, I called him and even though he was out of town he got his son to help me and they helped me change the starter and got my back on the road that day

“Had a great experience here.Got in an accident that wasn't our fault which made our car unsafe to drive. The team members we met here were helpful, courteous, and just all around great. We got some good advice on submitting our claim to ensure it would get processed quickly, they were able to get our car in within 3 days of receiving the estimate, and the fairly extensive damage was repaired within a week.They communicated well with us and went the extra mile in a few areas. It's been a few weeks since the repairs were made and there haven't been any issues with our car. I'm highly satisfied with their work.I feel comfortable in recommending Velocity Auto Body as a reliable place to get your car repaired.”

“Went in for a check engine light that i hadnt checked in over a year. He discovered that a part was missing and he told me the parts function for the engine - something about fuel efficiency. Only took him 90 minutes, considering the parking lot was jam-packed i’d say that thats quality service. He was honest and direct with pricing and repair information 10/10”

Ben was so communicative and open throughout the whole process. It was diagnosed quick and fixed in less than 24/hrs. Never pushed me to do more than was necessary. Highly recommend!”

They diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed exactly what was broken for a great price and rotated my tires while they were at it. They noted other potential repairs for my older vehicle without trying to upsell anything. Just what we needed!”

“I was on a job up in the foothills and after backing up in my truck, the truck was stuck in reverse and wouldn't allow me to put it in any other gear. I called Jose at Taylor Chevrolet and he told me what he thought the problem might be and that he will send a tow truck right away. It was 4:45 pm and he had the truck back to their shop shortly after. His prognosis was correct and their mechanics had the truck up and working the next day. While they had the truck in the shop they also found issues with the breaks and were also able to fix them as well. Taylor Chevrolet service staff and mechanics have always been great to work with and we will continue to take our vehicles to them.”
