Great customer service with Beth the moment you walk into the clinic. The PT's Clayton and Robin are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the healing process. I have been to the clinic several times for different surgery recovery and always received the best restorative care.

We’ve taken our 12 year old son in for 2 separate injuries over the past year and they have been very helpful. Our son plays sports and there is a lot to learn and they teach him how to stretch and take care of himself so he’s able to play. They are a wonderful staff and they also worked with our schedule. Highly recommended. They care and that’s what counts.

I have been to lots of physical therapy places and RehabAuthority is my favorite I’m always greeted with a smile and ask how I’m doing they listen, concerned how I’m feeling, caring, Uplifting atmosphere. The staff that have been helping my wife through both of her surgeries. They have gotton her legs to 90% previous self. Beth has been so helpful and welcoming. Clayton has been so conscientious and helpful to her I am forever grateful.

The whole team here is absolutely incredible, I cannot say enough good things. From the beginning with Beth working me into their busy schedule and every appointment with Clayton getting me back to walking after a major leg injury, I appreciate all of them so so much. They always have phenomenal assistants as well getting through every exercise. ❤️ Highly recommend!!

Everyone on staff is so kind and patient. Clayton Shaw and all of the assistant PT's are so knowledgeable and attentive. The receptionist is also a bright light and a beautiful soul. Everyone makes you feel right at home. A lot of care is taken in between patients for hygiene. I've been to multiple physical therapists and this group is top notch. In my experience, they have taught me how to set realistic goals and learn to be patient with the healing process.

This is my 4th time coming to Rehab Authority. I've been a patient since they opened. It's so warming and comfortable going inside. It's like your stopping by to see your family. No matter who is your caretaker they all go above and beyond. Clayton really knows what each of us need and his bedside manner is so polite and courteous.
