Did a HELCO through them, it has been an awful and frustrating experience. 1st time signing, my husband got called back 3 times, each time after he had left the building, because something wasn't done right. Only to have that signing not count at all. They failed to tell us that I needed to come in and also sign paperwork, even though I wasn't on the HELOC. Told us we could use the bill pay feature, to access the HELCO....we couldn't. Told me that I was on the loan now and could come into the branch and pick up the debit card/checks...then was told, nope you can't ( my husband travels for a living and it's difficult for him to get in there). Talked to a representative on the phone, she said debit card should have been done the day of signing, loan officer at the branch, says no, it comes later. I understand rules, and am happy to comply, but when you can't get a consistent answer from ANYONE, it makes it very difficult to make plans and to move forward. If you have a unique situation that doesn't fit inside the typical box, this is not the place to go. The communication is horrible and they all have different answers to the same question.My husband and I have been married for 20 years, and he has been long term traveling for all of them, we have bought 2 houses, and done a refinance, so this isn't our first rodeo, we know the questions to ask, the hoops to jump through. We have never been given so many wrong answers or changing answers, with any other company. Overall a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

Judd and Maria helped me out today. I was in the hole and struggling to make ends meet. They helped me out a bunch and made sure I was taken care of. This is why iccu will forever be my favorite branch to bank through. Huge shout out to them for not letting me drown in debt at a young age. I appreciate you guys so much ❤️

I just want to say that Lucy is an amazing employee. She is friendly and helpful. I had been having an issue with the mobile app for awhile. I had been to two other ICCU locations previously, and at both locations I was told that they couldn’t help me. Lucy was the first one to actually dive into the issue and see that it was something she could help with. A+ employee.

Over 10 years ago the military forced me to file bankruptcy for my security clearance. My account was was put into the forced bankruptcy. I tried to open today and was told no we would have to pay the loss from the bk. OK, not a problem. Except they don't tell you how to pay it off to open the account. However, glad they did this so I know what kind of treatment their customers receive.

They've always been very helpful and friendly every time I've had an interaction, from getting things notarized to opening accounts. Convenient hours too.

Cannot recommend this bank enough. I switched over to bank my business with them about two months ago and I have nothing but good things to say. I came from Chase since they were unwilling to support me in a banking management system that uses multiple accounts to keep track of my money. ICCU lets you have $0 balances without charging you d*** fees. Their customer service is always on point and ready to help however they can. I just got off the phone with Joey at this specific branch and he helped me untangle a small deposit goose chase and even refunded my duplicate check fee. Talk about going above and beyond for your customers! No issues, I will bank here as long as I live in Idaho. Even thinking about moving my personal banking here. You guys are doing great work, especially you Joey! Keep it up!

Six months ago we switched our bank to ICCU. We have had friendly Professional Service and the hours of operation are just what we needed. Yesterday there was a card security issue, I was notified immediately, and the transaction was canceled. I went in today to get a new card, Brittany at the front desk, was both friendly and knowledgeable. I was truly surprised at how quickly and easily this whole situation was taken care of. Like I said, I've had positive experiences every time I've come to this branch. I would highly recommend them!

Would not medallion stamp my Treasury Direct form despite doing it at that exact location a few months ago and at another branch. Go to another branch or another bank for TD medallion stamps.

I was scammed during the pandemic and long story short it affected me greatly. Then Idaho Central Credit Union decided it was appropriate to withhold the money that the President sent me to help me through these times. A man by the name of Bridger in their fraud department, though I was informed by a specialist in their organization just yesterday that they would not withhold the stimulus money because they recognize how important it is, said he was going to override that and not give it to me. I insisted that was not correct and they asked me to come to the branch and they should honor that since I tried to avoid this even before it was deposited and they wouldn't let me close the account. BRIDGER THEN HANGS UP ON ME AND WHEN I CALL BACK TO REPORT HIS BEHAVIOR TO HIS SUPERVISOR HE ANSWERS THE CALL AND THREATENS MY FREEDOM BY STATING THAT IF I COME BACK TO ANY BRANCH AGAIN I WILL BE ARRESTED FOR TRESPASSING. HE THEN HANGS UP ON ME AGAIN. Because he was acting inappropriately with me I was insisting to speak with his supervisor in a more animated fashion and then the branch manager comes down to the lobby where only I was and threatens me with police as well if I don't leave. I clearly told her I was on the phone with members of her organization that were wronging me and instead of offering help, she threatened my liberty as well if I did not leave. Is this really how we want our community to be treated? Also, when in the past did an employee think they had the authority to keep a customer from ever coming to the establishment again? V-E-R-Y I-N-T-E-R-E-S-T-I-N-G

I love this bank!!!! never thought i’d be saying such thing about such a thing but i’m so glad I switched from the other star bank with the old ladies.. (if you know, you know). between financing my first car and just calling to ask random questions the staff really knows how to make you feel valid and important. such kind and knowledgeable staff and all around just a solid bank! star really needed this :) I LOVE THIS BANK!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that helped us get our business account set up and rolling with no hiccups. So glad to have a branch in Star! I've now been into the branch several times and they have always been top notch helpful.
