“I can usually get what I need for my sewing and craft items. Their discounts on fabric every other week are great. I'm not Often tempted to buy extra things unless it's fabric. Often a long wait at the checkout. At my latest visit, the customer in front of me had picked up some items she thought were on sale and some were not. They were all on the same shelf and looked like similar items, but they had to research each item and each one seemed to have an arbitrary price. The customer was as sweet as can be and she didn't complain at all. My wait was about 20 minutes for this. Watch the prices on their home goods sale. They do a lot of things manually.”

“This is a wonderful home decor store, especially if you enjoy Modern Farmhouse style. A lot of the stuff is pretty standard. They have two locations during the holidays - their main store is off of Chinden and the holiday pop up is in the Village in the old Charming Charlie location. During the holidays they only have holiday decor plus a few big pieces like coffee tables and chairs. So if you're looking for every day house decor - wait until after the holidays. They do carry some local makers (soaps, wood cutting boards, ornaments, etc). But there is plenty of large scale manufacturing items. Prices are mid range - not terribly expensive but you probably won't find any great deals either. The staff who work here are sweet and helpful, though none of them were masked when I went into the Village location Nov 2020. Overall, pretty cute but you won't find anything super unique.”

“If you are in your 30s reliving your freshman years through fashion, this is your spot. All jokes aside, if you do still care to be on trend, this is a go-to for statement pieces. Wouldn't call it timeless or top quality but definitely a step above other fast fashion stores as far as quality goes. I love the atmosphere, but I also only shop during off times, so I'm not sure how obnoxious it is when it's busy. I think it's reasonably priced for most items except their recycled pieces, which I do find to be a cool idea just inflated for used stuff.”

“6/14/2024: I would like to give a shout of praise to Matt from the home and garden dept today. He helped me tremendously. He helped me find parts so that my old Kobalt trimmer can continue operating again. Matt even assembled the parts with ease and explained it to me. Matt was super knowledgeable and helpful. I could not believe it. It was so nice to know that there are still nice people out there willing to help and who go above and beyond their duties. What a wonderful surprise and experience that I had at Lowes today. I will definitely be coming back to you guys because of Matt’s shining example.
After Matt helped me with my trimmer, we then got into a friendly chat regarding the EGO brand and all the things they are doing with their equipment (I had let Matt know that I had tried my boss’ EGO lawn mower and it was phenomenal). We talked about the various EGO lines: from mowers, to trimmers, to misters, to power converters, to pressure washers, even a mini bike! EGO is seriously doing it all. Matt was so nice and took the time out of his day to actually show me the various mowers and the various other accessories that EGO has. Matt explained the amazing features EGO offers in their tools and convinced me to go with them once my lawn mowers and accessories die out (the EGO trimmer and mower sound amazing, thank you again Matt!). I’ll admit that I wasn’t hard to convince to go with EGO, because I was already leaning towards EGO, but now I know that EGO is the brand that I want! And EGO makes it fun to do the chores we already need to do! Kudos to Matt!!”
