Tony Bozzuto and his Team - Nick & Jack & his extended team of Pedro & Danny (and Roberts Electric) -- all came together to do an exceptional job from the purchase to the installation of my Whirlpool fridge, stove top/oven, microwave & dishwasher!And I recommend installing the tip over safety rail (metal piece in shape of a L) for the slide in stove to make sure it doesn't tip over. Didn't harm my floor at all as is installed on the back of the stove!

HORRIBLE! Delivery guys couldn't care less. Fridge was lying down when delivered in a small truck. They can't even get a proper size delivery vehicle fora fridge. We shouldn't have accepted it. Constant knocking from Fridge. Buyer Beware!

You can't ask for a better store in this region to shop for furniture and appliances. Tony and staff are top notch. They are so knowledgeable and always go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Just love this place!

Bought a brand new refrigerator from them in December..... It lasted 3 months, They brought over a supposedly good refrigerator whirefrigerator while ours was being fixed... It didn't last a week...... Is not impressed at all................. No 1st of all all the groceries had everything we'd lost everything we lost after the 1st one, We lost more after the 2nd one.............. Not impressed Idaho not impressed at all.........

I got a new range with just a phone call to Bozzuto’s! Mine acted up just a few days before Thanksgiving. THANKFULLY, Tony had one in stock that fit my space and price range! The super fast delivery guys installed it, took my check and a crisis was averted ! Shopping local is the best!

My LG refrigerator compressor died. A local appliance company would not even repair it because of cost. Searched everywhere for a new fridge. Lowe’s and Best Buy had nothing available till September, and one wouldn’t deliver to Ketchum. My daughter-in-law researched online and found Bozzuto’s. I called Tony and he had fridges arriving Monday, delivered to Ketchum, and had the size (not standard) I needed. Called him Friday, drove to Shoshone on Saturday, to go over dimensions and make sure it would fit. Tony was extremely helpful and went over everything. It was delivered on Wednesday. Can’t say enough great things about this company. I didn’t even realize there was an appliance store in Shoshone. Great to work with, excellent service and highly recommend! Truly a lifesaver for me!! Thank you, Tony!!
