Awesome storage facility!! We have been there over a year and they haven't raised the price on us! As noted by some other reviews this is a an outdoor unit with a dirt lot I'm not sure what they were expecting. We got a small trickle of water in our unit last winter due to excessive snow, but I laid a tarp down underneath our beanbag chair knowing it was an outdoor unit and I didn't have any problems.

The parking lot was very dusty. There was dust in EVERYTHING I packed in the storage unit! I notified the owner and they would not do anything about it. They don't care!

Moving into Shelley Storage is awesome. It has great accessibility when you’re needing contact less move in when you were trying to move out or trying to keep your items safe and not damaged, this is where they lack they suggest you get your own insurance when they have a leak in the roof, or they do not maintain, the snow, water goes in all the way to the back and has damaged many many of our items. They say they’re going to fix this, but so much for all my items that are ruined now that they are claiming they will not cover or even help compensate. You are more than welcome to contact me. Unless you want your stuff ruined from water damage due to a poorly designed infrastructure I would recommend going some other place to store your belongings.When brought to the attention of the business they were useless with their help and made it a much more stressful event than it needed to be.They pride themselves on customer service but never once was given that elite experience they claim to have.
