“I see the same people every time I go in-person to mail something and they are calm, friendly, and competent. They often take a few extra seconds to help me make sure I'm getting the best rate on whatever I'm sending. Of course if I go near the holidays or during a busy time of day there are long lines, but that's easy enough to plan for or avoid.And the mail lady who delivers to our mailbox is lovely! Even on long days she smiles and says hi when I'm outside doing yard work or walking. We've had no issues with mail delivery either.Like most essential jobs they seem to be understaffed pretty much constantly, but every interaction I've had so far has been positive.”

“I know people primarily review when they’re upset about something, but the person who delivers my mail always goes above and beyond and tries to make things as easy as possible for me (I am disabled). I wanted to post this review in the hopes that more people will review because they are happy :)”
“I love these people. I have had four missionaries, two foreign. The staff goes out of their way to help me find the cheapest, and most likely to get to a third world country, options. As for the “old” building, my heart would break if they tore it down. I remember going in with my mom and playing with the knobs on the PO Boxes for what seemed like hours.”
