I have only had very good experience with them. Excellent customer Service! Prices better or very comparable. I chose them and recommend them to friends every time!

Terrible service! Often charged even if they didn't pick up the trash. Now they have increased the bill by 30 dollars. Stay away!

When you only have a few choices for garbage services in town, I'm sure this company feels they can treat their customers any way they choose. They have horrible customer service. Their policies are non existent and it seems as if they don't have their employees trained in customer service (but most of it is common sense).
