“This is a great place to get gas. You do have to have a membership to use the gas station. The only drawback is that there can be long lines. They can move fast, but only if you know how to use the app, so that you aren't running your membership card & credit card to pay. The app makes it so much faster.”

“The employees are always nice there. They could keep it a little cleaner, but I wouldn't say the store is horribly dirt just needs the floors touched up. Other then that though, I don't mind going her to get gas and buy a few things. The employees always talk and make a good conversation for the short amount of time I am in there. So overall very happy with this gas station.”

“The employee I spoke with was really nice and tried to be helpful even though she was busy. The reason it's only 4 stars instead of 5 is that I couldn't figure out how to get the Walmart+ discount. The employee didn't know how to help although she said she had wanted to figure out how. It's just strange that they have it advertised on a banner but it's not clear how to use it. Elsewhere I've just scanned the qr code or put in a store code or something, but those weren't options here.”

“Whoever is the manager today needs to be recognized by the owner. She was above and beyond what she needed to be. My drink was accidentally given away and I was not happy because I was in a big hurry. I had zero patience because I have been up for 48 hours straight with a sick toddler. She didn't let my frustration get to her and she was genuinely helpful and wanted me to be happy. She moved so fast to remake my smoothie. I've never seen a worker move so fast in my life. I want to thank her and apologize for my inability to chill. I need sleep and shouldn't be let out in public right now. Lol. Thank you! �”

“My mom and I got stuck on our cross country trip. Our car broke down… While I was working on fixing it the clerk (owner) let my mom and my dog sit in warmth inside the gas station. Not only that, he asked if we wanted water and gave us food. Refused to take money. The guy was like a savior to us. You don’t get to meet good people like this. You should give them your business any time you can. And if I ever go back through Idaho Falls I’ll stop by to do business and say hello this kind person.”

“I'm a regular customer at both locations and I always get greeted by name when I walk in and I always enjoy talking to the employees and I never have any complaints about anything that they do and if they are out filling propane I stand in line and wait patiently and 90 o/o of the time they have more than one working and the only time that they only have one working is from 9 pm to closing.”

“I've been coming to Holiday Oil since it was a small one room gas station and behind it was a field. I'm talking before Taco Time and Albertsons and Skaggs. I remember the days of the 25 cent refills were half the line at the cashier's. I remember buying Copenhagen before school for $1.25 then heading to Skyline. Somebody's older brother always worked there so you can guess on the rest. It will always be my West Side Migit Market.”
