Friendly staff, nice selection of gear, knowledgeable staff. Needed to get qualified for a specialized state credential, and was not familiar with process. They explained the process, filled out the required forms for me, and ran me through the qual. Easy peasy!

If your in Ponderay you should definitely check out this business .. if your looking for your next firearm purchase or NFA item or just want to do some target shooting, they’re the only place to go to .. they also have a large number of firearms available to rent including full automatic weapons to rent … all the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.. and the owner Brandon and his wife are great people to work with..

Absolutely loved the instruction and the instructor. He was absolutely great. My brother and I had a good time, although I am only giving four stars because they left out a lot of useful information on how much more money it is going to cost besides what you already pay for the class. It is easy for them to get this information from the sheriff's office and the jail. It is probably a wise idea for them to get this information to hand out so you don't drive an hour out of your way which ends up being 2 hours to find out You can't get any of your fingerprint stuff done until certain times and it's not only $15 for the fingerprint. It's also $33 for the application. Not only that, it is another $22.80 when you pick up your license and get your picture taken !!!!!! That is a total of $70 that you are not told about !! I called and talked to wrenco and they did not even apologize for the situation. I was also highly considering taking another class with that instructor because he is very knowledgeable!. But not after running into these unforeseen charges

Brandon (the owner) is polite but his employees go out of their way to insult customers and Veterans. I've sent at least 7 weapons to Wrenco to pick up and paid the $25.00 FFL fee. Earlier this year, I went in and Mark screwed up the FFL paperwork and I left with the weapon, and Mark later discovered HIS screw-up and got rude and demanding about me bringing the weapon back because of HIS screw-up. I politely fixed the problem because I want to comply with the law, but Mark's rudeness took me aback. Today, I came in to pick up an Uzzi and couldn't find my tracking number and Mark was rude as ever and wouldn't even look for the Uzzi and laughed at my efforts to find it. I have a profound hearing loss from being around M60 tanks and Mark was rude about my hearing loss. The two younger guys in the store were far more concerned about goofing off than helping me purchase amunition. Tomorrow, I will pick up my Uzzi and will never be back. Too bad a nice guy like Brandon has hired such rude staff. Frank Hill

Nice staff and range, was disappointed with the work done for me. I inherited a rifle that didn't have any indication on it as to caliber. They had my rifle for two months, did a cast and gave me the caliber. However, the information I was given was wrong (I found out after purchasing some ammunition which can't be returned or used) and when I called Wrenco I was told that there were no guarantees on the work done. I would have been happy even splitting the cost...

On july 29 I brought a S&W M&P 22lr with a Hi-V is front sight to be installed. Also I brought in a Walther/Colt government model with a set of DAWSON front and rear sights to be installed. 3 1/2 weeks later I was called guns are ready. The Walther/colt rear sights was not installed. I talked with the manager and he said I could leave the gun, but he couldn't say when it might be ready. As I was leaving, I said" you probably won't get a good review from me". The manager replied" you won't get a good review from me either".

Came in looking for a very specific, difficult to find make/model. I’d been to many shops trying to locate this particular model and trying to find quality staff who cared about whether or not I did. Ben worked with me to locate exactly what I was looking for within about 48 hours. He even called me at home to let me know when it was available for me to come in. For the final sale I worked with both Ben and someone else (who I believe was the owner). Both these guys were excellent folks to work with and I look forward to coming back in to try the range.Thank you for going the extra mile, Wrenco!

I would 10/10 recommend the guys at Wrenco Arms over the North 40 counter any day! They all have extensive knowledge of firearms. They can help you find any attachments you want for your firearms! Even ones you may not have thought you could get for your weapon. They have many connections to the whole weapons community from custom holsters, weapons repair and more. Their classes are well planned and comprehensive.

My cousin, nephew and I went to Wrenco Arms last week. It’s generally intimidating going into an arms store for the first time. The team at Wrenco Arms was awesome; helped us rent a sweet gun for a reasonable time. We had full instructions on how to use and operate the gun. We also brought in our own guns to test out on the targets. We started a new tradition; Wrenco Arms every summer! Highly recommended!
