Excellent service for over 15 years. The convenience of the drive thru makes this hands down the best. All the employees go out of there way to accommodate and help you get exactly what you need. Been a lifesaver to me.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff! Very patient oriented, small town type feel to the service here. For example, if there is any way to get a discount on your medications, these guys will find it! They tend to be rather busy at most times of the day, as so many people have chosen to go to White Cross given their fantastic customer service skills. So please bear that in mind when you visit their locations. They really do their best to work as quickly and efficiently as possible, while keeping patient safety in mind. The only less than favorable interactions that we've ever had with any of their employees occurred some time ago and those parties no longer work at our preferred White Cross. I am unsure as to why they no longer work there, but I have an inkling that it may be due to falling short of the standards, in some way, as they do very much seem to strive for excellency. I personally believe that they achieve that goal very well. So just remember, if you ever have questions, concerns or are just curious about something medication related, just ask the wonderful men and women that work at any of their locations. I'm sure they would be happy to assist you! Whatever you may need in a pharmacy, I'm sure that White Cross will tick all of the boxes for you. I know that I and my family will never go anywhere else. We have gotten to know the staff here over the years and they're just wonderful folks, providing a great service. About as much as one could hope for, to make interactions easier and far less stressful!

The ladies here are really nice.The price of prescriptions aren't very good...I get a prescription that sometimes I can only afford a few of the pills and they charge soo much for only a few, way extra, as opposed to other pharmacies that don't do that to me. I didn't like that... So I switched. But if you have insurance which I didn't then it should be fine!

Seems fine to me. I've been using them for years. The reviewer who says "unprofessional" says nothing. Define unprofessional and give details.
