This review is for Easter Brunch in the Caribou room. The wedding pictures of the Caribou room online made everything look fabulous so we decided to book brunch for 5 of us. We sure were disappointed. The big picture windows had a lovely view, but that was about it. For $45 there wasn’t even staff offering more coffee for the table. The buffet was in the entry (we had to look for it). We were hoping for something more special. While I hope the new owners bring in the service and experience that we we are used to receiving at their other ski hills, I believe the area is in for a rude awakening for an influx of people to the area as they pump more money into the hill. And we had to pay $25 per car to park. I don’t mind paying for an ‘event’ but all in all - the whole experience wasn’t worth it.

Holy smokes. If they could charge for breathing their air they would.

Spent a few hours out on ORV trails on Schweitzer. What a beautiful day. We really had a blast and to the parking lot boys, thank you for your sacrifice on a job that both highly dangerous and extremely demanding. Your job keeps everyone in line but most of all, if not for your dedication to safety and responsibility, we hold it all too you. You guys really are awesome. Thank you.

We recently went to Schweizer Ski Resort for a Twilight Ski. This was our first winter visit to Schweizer. We mainly skied runs accessed by the Basin Express chair lift. It was too wind at the top. The runs were nicely groomed & snow conditions were great. If it wasn't for the wind that came up & a windchill factor of -13, the Twilight ski would have been perfect. But that's just mountain weather. We lost our ski equipment in a fire, so we had to rent everything at the resort. The staff was very friendly & super helpful. Kudos to Mary! Also, a very helpful employee loaned us a couple of loaner ski goggles when my sunglasses fogged up & froze due to the weather. It made it possible for us to continue to ski, which we greatly appreciated! Everywhere we went, the staff was a 10 out of 10. We will definitely return & highly recommend!

Beautiful views of the lake on the mountain. No lines for chairlift. Everyone is extremely friendly. Ultra chill vibes. 10/10 would recommend :)Nearby activities: Snowboarding here is amazing. The trails are all wondeful with great views. Multiple bars and food places that are not too pricey.

Stayed at the new Humbird. it was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were very attentive. I was on crutches, they were accommodating. The restaurant in the hotel was very good. It was nice to walk around the village at the base of the mountain. As everyone already knows, the views are amazing. This place won’t be a secret for long.

I had the greatest experience at this resort. We enjoyed skiing and lots more. The room we got at Humbird we're excellent ? I would recommend this place and I would go again. The most best was that we got to in a parking garage. That was the highlight for

A great ski resort for families, intermediate, and advanced skiiers. Largest ski resort in all of Idaho and Washington. Well known for its variety of terrain including some black diamonds with trees. More of a small-resort feel, though. On weekdays you'll never see a long lift line here. In the other three seasons, amazing hiking with views of Lake Pend Oreille. Lots of huckleberry bushes, lupine, and bear grass. Zip line and mountain biking in summer. Lots of new dining options including two food/drink options at the summit. Parking can be an issue, more parking lots are coming. Best food is at the Sky House & Chimney Rock (which has a new chef and manager for the 23/24 season).Highly recommend parking at the bottom and taking the free shuttle if you aren't staying on the mountain overnight.

Over priced, busy, run-through pile of dog dodo is what this mountain is, allways heard this is the best mountain in the area well it isn't, it's a dream, all hype, it's the most vested/built up, it's got the high speed quads and all that where the other mountains don't but thats it. The terrain varies from step to flat, you will get stuck and have to hike out on every run just about, the trees are eaither to open or to thick. If you think they take care of the mountain and do trimming In The summer your wrong, I've been riding for 20 plus years, been all around tha nation and this is one of the most over rated ones yet, but hey they got a village and all these condos so that means somthing right lol

I live here and this place is great. Snow conditions haven't been great this season, but thats not something anyone can control. It's an awesome place to ski, but don't tell your friends.

What is the purpose of buying lift tickets ahead of time thinking I’m saving money ($130) when ticket prices the day of at the window is $50 because much of the mountain isn’t even open to ski. And they don’t reimburse you the difference. Then when it’s in the negative 20 degrees they want to charge $25 for close parking, and the lot isn’t even full. They are desperately trying to save this years season financially by screwing over their customers.

Since it was summertime, we talked about visiting Schweitzer Mountain Ski Lift, just to ride to the top. The road to the top is about the same as any other mountain switchback road; it’s paved, and clear in the summer. The problem was at the top. Parking there is very limited and at a distance, meaning long uphill walking at an altitude. There is a shuttle, but it doesn't run in the summer. In the end, we decided not to go because of the problem with parking.Walkability: Parking is at a distance from the entrance and there is plenty of up-hill walking at a altitude.
