we had an emergency. Our little baby locked himself in the car. We called them and immediately they rushed over and were able to open the car door. They wouldn't accept any payment for it though we offered. Very generous and kind service. Thank you.

North Idaho Towing did a great job assisting me. When I called for a tow, the dispatcher picked up immediately and quoted a very reasonable price. James arrived on scene quickly and was professional and courteous. Got my vehicle loaded on the flatbed securely and also gave me a ride to my destination. North Idaho took the time to get the job done right and charged a fair price. I know who to call next time!

I got stuck on a trail and one of the worker came out and walk the whole trail just to help me get my jeep running good enough to drive back to the tow truck and towed it back to my house he was super helpful and nice and it was a very affordable price 10/10 would recommend using this company again

Wow.... we all know how expensive getting your car towed is. The total hassle from drivers not inclined to be cordial and professional. Well, this company is far and wide not those people. The gentleman who helped my daughter and I was absolutely amazing. He picked up our car from the woodsy area outside of Sagle and did a long tow to our home. The price was fair. The service was quick and professional, and the driver (Vinnie) was excellent!! I highly recommend this tow service company to anyone in need in the Sagle/Sandpoint area. AWESOME!!! THANKS VINNIE!!!!

On July 14 my serpentine belt broke just south of Sagle. Here comes Vinnie in his tow truck and got me to my mechanic in Hayden. These guys did great. Pleasant on the phone, prompt, fair pricing, and most importantly, took great care with my low clearance sports car. North Idaho Towing saved us! They correctly diagnosed a dead battery, ruled out a bad alternator or starter, and jump started us and took us back to their shop to replace the battery and get us on our way. They saved us the cost of a tow and a two or three day wait at the mechanic. On top of that they were SO nice and very reasonably priced. Thank you!Services: Car towing

Fun to find an old friend of ours driving the truck(has been since just out of high school). Virgil rolled up literally 15 minutes after I called. We caught up and he did his “truck whisperer “ thing on my truck and fixed what I thought was going to be an expensive trip to shop.
