A wonderful surprise. The coffee shop was cozy and well attended. Not a lot for breakfast.

Cute room. The building is very old and run down but the room was nicely decorated and clean. It did smell of old cigarettes. Also, take your own blow dryer.
Walkability: Right downtown close to everything.

Walkability: You can walk or have coffee delivered to your room. And you can walk downtown to eat or shop.
