This family dollar is understaffed . I think they do what they can but it’s most always got freight in the isles , the bathrooms are pretty gross and it’s dirty and you might occasionally find the staff can be a little bit negligent when they’re stocking shelves or whatever they’re doing.

Customer service and experience has always been great!! The only down side is that corporate orders products for the store instead of the employees, which I find this very counter productive!!!! The workers know what the customers request and when gets bought the most. Hopefully there is some change in the future!!!
