Tried to call them twice to ask not to have my package put on a truck, as they always deliver my route last and I wanted to pick up my package from the location myself (would have saved me about 6.5 hours of waiting for these parts). Whoever picked up the receiver didn't talk to me and just hung up. Incredibly disrespectful when I just wanted to save us both some time. Now they are late to the projected delivery window (like always).
I can see why the location has 2.5 stars and frankly I think that's too generous a review. This clown show should take its jokes somewhere else. Maybe aim to hire competent staff.

They don’t check the actual address and I’m always getting other peoples mail and not my own. Even packages. They only check the street number and not the actual road name.

Update: Delivered mail today, but not package due to no access, yet other mail was delivered?!?! Added photo. Such a LAME thing to lie about!Lazy in the winter. Lazy in the spring. Apparently USPS owns the parking spot in front of my house now?!?! So parking at our own home is cause to not have mail delivered by these government workers? Anyone else having issues with this crew??? Do I need to have my mailbox moved out into the middle of the street for you guys to do your job???? Serious question! FedEx and UPS don't have this same problem for some odd reason!!!Never in my life have I ever had issues getting my mail delivered. Issue never even crossed my mind until here with this Saint Anthony crew.BTW, this is not a one time issue, its ongoing.

They lost a 100.00 package of mine I live in the country it was delivered 25 miles away from my address, when I came to the post office they told me they didn’t know how to track it and to come back the next day! I was upset so she took my number down told me she would call me when she had news of that package never received a call at all I ended up calling them the next day they told me they couldn’t get a hold of the person that had it and they were trying to reach them and that they wanted my number to call me which at this point had already given them my number name and everything by then!! Rude and unprofessional St Anthony Idaho post office!!!

I only have one complaint, and that is that our carrier piles boxes into my mail box by our apartments which I can't remove unless I cut the boxes and almost ruin my merchandise. The hole that they put the stuff through is bigger than the hole we take it out of. Please leave my boxes inside my screen door, its always unlocked, thank you.

I have a PO Box at this post office & honestly I used to love it, I loved most of the workers too until my box was due! I went online to pay it & because they had my information wrong in their system I couldn't pay it online & I was charged a $21.00 late fee! The main USPS website customer serv. people told me to contact this post office the local one & the local one told me to contact the main one!! Plus when I have a package instead of putting it in a bigger box and leaving the key in my box they always put the yellow package paper in my box & then don't put a reason as to why it's not in my box!!!! This place sucks! As soon as my box is due I'm going to the Rexburg post office hopefully it'll be better!
