“My one ton Ram pickup had a blowout at freeway speed which was pretty much like a bomb going off. It severely damaged the right side of the bed and took out the wheel liner, the tail light, and even bent the rear bumper. I had no idea a blowout could even do that much damage. I chose Northwest Auto Body for the repairs based on my insurance company's recommendation. They scheduled me in within a couple weeks, fixed it all over the course of a few days including replacing the entire side of the bed and all the other damage. I'm pretty picky about body and paint work, I've seen a lot of shoddy work in my life, but on this repair I literally cannot tell the repair from new. They got every little detail right, just like it rolled off the assembly line. The paint matches perfectly as well. I am stunned by what a good job they did, I've never seen any body shop do that kind of work. They are very professional in how they go about it. Since that positive experience with my truck, I've had them perform a couple minor repairs to my Rav4, and they exceeded my expectations both times. If you want high quality work, this is the place to go, these guys are top notch and I would not take my vehicles anywhere else.”

“The staff is always super eager to help you out, though scheduling to take my car in over the phone is on the complete flip side. It doesn't seem like they know what they're talking about when it comes to scheduling, but once you see them in person they're awesome. You do need to tell them exactly everything that needs looked at and done, they'll only do what you ask of them. I had an oil leak caused by a loose filter, and I asked that they add the recommend additive to help it seal back up. They, however, did not change my oil in that process and I would up at Rapid Lube that weekend to get that changed.”

“We were camping in Coeur d Alene from Washington and took a day trip to Sandpoint. We ran over a large rock on the highway and pulled off at a gas station. A local saw us checking the van and told us to take it to Performance Auto and they would check it for us. We took it over to their shop and after telling them what had happened they put it on a lift and looked at it. After determining there was no severe damage, just dent and scratches they only asked for $10.00. Very nice guys and didn’t hesitate to help us!”
