So many reasons to NOT go here! Apparently it’s okay for them to cancel your appointment and not notify you. Considering we have to drive 30ish miles to get to Rupert. I bring my mother ONLY because she insists on it and doesn’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings. Do better Tease salon!

I moved to the area a little less than a year ago and have struggled to find a new place to cut my hair. Tease has a great environment, and Raigen did a great job cutting my hair with not much direction. Relieved to finally find a "home" for my haircuts!

My first two visits here were great- I was very pleased with the service and thought I found the place to get my hair cut- but then on my third attempt to schedule an appointment with my stylist I had a very disappointing experience. She said she had me scheduled for the next weekend but never even gave me a time or choices of times to schedule a haircut. I waited to hear back from here with a time but after six days I had to contact her again to find out what times were available for me to come in. She was curt in her responses and not very accommodating. When I texted back if I could schedule for the following weekend she just didn't even respond...just ignored me. So I was left hanging and wondering what to do. I was confused and appalled at how I was being treated as a returning customer. This was not good customer service. I will be moving on and looking for a more professional and pleasant salon and telling my friends, family, and co-workers to avoid this place.

Went in with my mom to get pedicures and honestly worst money I ever spent. My mom was not asked what type of pedicure she wanted and was just given the basic one, no base was put on prior to the gel polish being put on and toe separators were not used so the polish rubbed off. I asked for the “spa pedicure”, no base coat on my toes, separator or clipping was done. No scrubbing of my feet was done and the water was cold. Not even a week later and my polish is chipping, definitely never going again.

I have been all over the place to get my hair done the last few years, and it wasn't until a couple days ago that I got my first haircut at the Tease Salon. Jodi did an amazing job, one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time and I didn't even give her a lot of description or detail to go off. I genuinely think she just knows how to make someone's hair look good on whatever head it's on. She was also great with conversation - super fun to talk to. I never could imagine spacing on a clients appointment. I came 5 min early for my spray tan with Kenzie at 10am. 10 min past and one stylist went to see where she was. She wasn’t here and she called her. She spaced my appointment. Thank you to the other stylist who took on doing my spray tan. I never even received an apology from Kenzie. Which client care should be your #1 priority and this didn’t seem like it was to her.

Got my hair colored. Nice, clean atmosphere. No walk ins. Always call first to check but will normally take a couple weeks to fit you in.

So thankful I found this place. I had surgery on my left arm yesterday. Telsa fit my in right away and washed my hair for me. She did an amazing job. Will definitely be back!
