Scott and Randy were great during the sales process. Scott was great handling the on star setup and going through all the stuff during delivery. The electronic stuff in a 2024 is quite different from our 2016 Silverado. Thanks Scott.

We had been looking for a newer Tahoe since moving to Wyoming. I cold-called the Sales department at Tadd Jenkins and reached Luke Shurtliff. Luke worked directly with us to find some vehicles on the lot that met our needs. We drove to the dealership that afternoon and test-drove several vehicles. Ultimately, we picked out a Tahoe on the lot that was everything we were looking for and drove it home. The service that Luke and the financing team delivered to us was exceptional. They even stayed after closing to assist us with the completion of the purchase. We had some expectations with the new Tahoe that we needed to be resolved, and they did everything to exceed our needs. I would definitely use this team again in the future.

Terrible first time buying experience. Bought a truck with 30,000 miles a few months ago and within a week all the service lights came on. Took it in and it was fixed. Then 2 weeks later it wouldn't start. They had to reprogram the computer. Decided to look up the car fax and found out it had been in an accident they did not disclose. Truck still keeps having check engine lights come on and go away. They tell me to bring it in when it's solid. Not what you'd expect when you spend 50k. Would not recommend

I bought a truck a few months later it had issues. they worked on it on an off for a year. so they bought it back and I got a year newer a better truck. they gave me a great deal. They want their customers happy. I will be coming back if I ever buy a new one. thank you Tadds in Rigby and blackfoot for all your help.

I hate dealerships. I hate the idea of going in and "negotiating your best deal". It's not my idea of a good time to be honest. But these guys were great. They honored the price we were originally given when we first discussed it and honored the coupon that we were given too. Ultimately it saved us $2,100. It was no hassle and very easy. We like to be fair as we understand they are a business and need to make money, and I feel this was great for bother sides. We worked with Randy and he was easy going and no sales pressure. We hate feeling pressured to buy whatever vehicle we see, and Randy was very easy going and let us have time and space to make our decisions. Honestly, this was the best car buying experience we had. Next time we are in the market for a vehicle, Tadd will be the first place we visit. Thank you guys!!

I want to thank the service department at tads. on my way home on aug 17th around 4pm my duramax lost 90% power, calling an unnamed dealer told me what it "might" be but said that could not even look at it till Monday. Since my wife and I was leaving for a camping trip on Saturday I turned around and headed back to rigby and tad Jenkins. The service tec. Pulled it in and diagnosed it and two guys had it fixed before they closed. What service and they saved our vacation. Will definitely go there again if needed.
