I tried the delivery option because I live out side of rigby and I dont have time to go into town for lunch. I didn't expect to wait for 1 hour and 30mins for some to deliver my sandwich.

I came in today to place an order in the store and waited in line, as I was waiting I could not believe the way the employees talk to each other in such a rude way its unbelievable. I ordered my food and asked for a churro at the end and I got a lot of attitude from the lady making my order, after she made it she threw it on the counter and said there you go.. every rude and unnecessary.

Horrible customer service and long wait time. I stopped for a late lunch and there were 2 cars at the drive-thru but nobody inside. There were quite a few employees and all by the drive-thru window. Wasn't greeted when I went in and most of the employees were annoyed, I stood there waiting for a couple of minutes. Finally a gal walks over and then tells another employee that she is leaving. Wait, so she couldn't say that she is off but if I give them another min or so then someone would be with me soon?! I just said me too and walked out. Didn't want to go to another town just to get Subway so I ordered through the app since the employees only care about online orders and the drive thru. Had gone through the drive-thru to pick our food up and the young guy at the window was frustrated/annoyed and said someone would be with us soon, I guess he didn't like how I didn't stop at the speaker but I don't know. A different employee got our food and she wasn't too thrilled either. The customer service is hit & miss but today is by far the worst experience I've had.

I haven't ate at Subway for years & I was just reminded today of why. There was one car in front of me in the drive thru & it still took me a good 10-15 min to get my one steak and cheese sandwich that I ended up throwing most of it away because it was so gross. Blocks of mozzarella cheese on the sandwich, not even melted into the lukewarm steak & the 6 inch sandwich cost over $7. Trust me, Firehouse subs don't disappoint, too bad there's not one in Rigby, it wouldn't be hard to put Subway out of business.

My wife and I were there today around 11:15 AM. We were the only ones in line when we started. The owner made our sandwiches and pushed them toward the register. She proceeded to make 2 more sandwiches while we were waiting to check out. She told us there were only 2 people working. She then started to make more sandwiches while we were waiting to pay. My wife finally told her we needed to go. The lady ripped her gloves off and checked us out but she was not happy.This is not the first time we have had this happen. They need to hire some more people or stop with the online order stuff. 2 people cannot handle a restaurant during lunch hours.

Waited 17 minutes in the drive through WITH ONLY ONE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. Why have a drive through if it takes you 10 min per car? There were only a few customers in the store as well. On top of that, my sandwich tasted funny and the cookies were rock hard. When paying, they even did the whole “the card reader is going to ask you one question”, referring to the tip option. Did they really think I would add a tip after waiting 17 minutes for them to serve two people?!?

This morning, I Ordered a box of roast beef sandwiches, 1 salad with specifics on it, a dozen cookies and a dozen bags of chips for a meeting. I showed up at lunchtime and the manager had my subway bag in hand ready to go! The order was perfect! Great job! Thank you!

So freaking slow. Like unbelievably so. Staff is super friendly (seemingly anyway) but I sat in the drive through for over ten minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches that weren't even made orrectly. I ordered the Monsters and neither one of them had bacon. I was the only customer. There wasn't even a line inside or anything. I was never asked if I wanted any other vegetables or seasonimgs after toasting, nothing. Every time I have come here my order has been wrong and the service has been slow. Once or twice is an honest mistake, but every single time is something else entirely. And half the time you go in, you have one employee working super hard and doing everything while the rest stand around doing nothing. Seriously. How does this store even pass its audits?? Sandwiches have to be made in 2 minutes or less and that includes toasting time...
