Got my oil changed and drove about (50) miles and found this under it. I was curious and took a look under it and the bolt isn't even the right one nor was the oil filter replaced. The bill of sale states they changed the bolt and the oil filter (misc parts) $60ish dollars said and done.

Guys, in just under 6 minutes, these dudes performed my oil change, checked my tire pressure, refilled my washer fluid (They splashed a little bit for this part, but that hardly worth worrying about) and had my Subaru all taken care of.
I'm amazed.

Fast service, always in and out in no time which is great...however I wouldn't mind if they took a little bit longer so they could either prevent the old oil from going all over the exhaust when they change the filter or take the time to clean it up. I get that the filters are in terrible locations on newer vehicles, but my vehicle reeked like burning oil for weeks until it all burned off. When I mentioned it to them, I got the "that's just the way it is" which is funny, when I change the oil myself, I take a few extra seconds to make sure it doesn't splash all over the undercarriage and it's not an issue.

They got it done quick and I'm assuming well? They literally didn't communicate what they did. They walked up to the counter and looked in my direction. I assumed my car was done. I had to ask if it was done and how much it was. They sure did vacuum beautifully, but they didn't ask about what oil or what service I even needed done. So it was a little strange. Hopefully they did a good job though. And I loved how fast it was.
