“Our turbo gave out in our tow vehicle (2011 f250 SD) on a Sunday, so I left them a voicemail after hours.
They were in touch Monday morning and confirmed the diagnosis that afternoon. By Tuesday, the part was in and the repair started. I was able to pick it up on Wednesday morning!
